    It could still go either way. Like the article mentions, it is possible Feige backed himself into a corner while, simultaneously, still having an out if he sticks to other casting.

    Also all depends on what F4 ends up being. If it ends up being a prequel with some form of jump to the modern day eventually, they could set things up by having Krasinski re-cameo as someone else to then later emphasize that the MOM character is a variant when viewers get to that point in the viewing order. Or they could just hand wave it as a multiverse variant from the start if its an entirely present day film.

    They can definitely use Kransinski again if they have a Council of Reeds from across the multiverse, maybe have him be the biggest smartest Reed.

    Who then gets turned into spaghettis.

    Anyway I wouldn’t say this commentary track means that Reed automatically won’t be Kransinski it’s just that he’s not locked into stone. Variants can look like different people, that’s a huge point of Spider-Man: No Way Home

    I’d be okay with that cast. Although the rumor that was everywhere this morning was that Marvel had contacted Penn Badgley about the role of Reed Richards.

    Happy that Krasinki's casting seems to be a one of for MOM, since:

    1. I was never onboard with casting him as Reed in the first place.
    2. Trolling the fans like that is good and should be done more often.

    The actor who plays Johnny should be around Tom Holland’s age. He and Peter have a great friendship in the comics that needs to be translated to screen. So yeah Powell is too old.
