Full Series Official Star Wars Rebels Discussion Thread (Spoilers Allowed)

I can't say I agree with that. Kanan's death could be seen coming a mile away and had been predicted for years. Then, it comes across almost exactly like Jean Grey's death in X-men 2. I haven't been the biggest fan of this show, but my reaction was pretty much "well they did it at last".

 

I'm still baffled as to why they decided to release the last several episodes in weekly batches; as opposed to spreading them out one at a time through at least the end of March. It's as if they're rushing the Series off into oblivion. I know there was talk about a new series in the not-too-distant future; but that could still be at least half a year away, if not longer.

 

I wonder if the new show is coming a lot quicker than we expected.

I wasn't suggesting that they weren't working; just that it doesn't necessarily confirm that the new series will be released soon.

 

We will find out soon enough either way since we only have two more weeks of Rebels.

 

Any chance the new series won't be on Disney XD? Nothing to knock Rebels; but I just get embarrassed by myself watching these episodes while the commercial breaks advertise for upcoming episodes of Pokemon, Beyblade, and Star vs. the Forces of Evil.

Ezra and his rebels manage to gain access to the Imperial headquarters. However, Thrawn stops them. Ezra is forced to surrender and face an even greater evil.

I wonder how Ezra is going to survive a direct confrontation with THE ultimate big bad and I assume the wolves are going to assist him in some way. I wonder if Vader is coming too.
