I hope Minrah survives this. And, well, assuming RC gets to the end this has a Star Wars type ending feel where RC will betray Xykon in the end, making some sacrifice perhaps.

Good to see how Oona & Greyview function in a fight. We've seen Oona before, on the yrthak fighting O-Chul and Lien - but not Greyview in battle before.

Fixed it now. Noticed the problem almost as soon as I'd posted it, and spent a few moments fixing it.

 

Outnumbered! Not for long I think. The rest of the OOTS is around. 1024: "Has anyone seen...Durkon?"

 

Read through the end of book 4. While book 2 is probably still my favorite, I think the final battle here may be the best fight yet.

I love that the level ups are showing. Hammer to the skull and leaves a crack, nice.

 

This is not stats for Superman, but a means of playing a Superman-like character.

Ah, that could be a door marked by MitD, which makes this very dangerous for Team Evil.

 

1217: Silent Alarm

 

A round or two and then Team Evil knows. A not for real $10 says the OOTS goes into a door to hide and MitD comments that it was a door he marked so it still has whatever horrible encounters await.

Good to see Roy asking Elan's opinion for once.

 

Panel 13, so wonderfully meta. And now they go into a door. I'm sure this will end well. But hell, maybe an adventure through will hand out a level up or reveal a usable artifact.

 

1219 - Threshold Issue

 

Even though many things are told via game mechanics it's times like this when it is shown instead of told, in this case she is a high level rogue and can spot the traps where Roy cannot.

So, an alternate route because she disarmed the trap. Telepathic Bond is a 5th level spell which is not V's highest spell slot. Um, not sure what Belkar was sprinkling but he did not get to finish, but then Team Evil will wind up somewhere else if that is indeed some sort of alternate dungeon teleport.

 

Belkar was covering up their tracks.
