SWC17 Photo ops?

Hi, everyone.

Has anyone here ever done a photo op at Celebration? I'm debating on getting a couple but would like to know more of what to expect first.

I've done photo ops at a Supernatural convention, and I know they're extremely brief and the line moves through very fast. With the Supernatural ones, the actors are generally good about non-serious poses and people having tasteful props or costumes. Is that the case with Celebration ones as well, or is the default expectation more of a serious, normal photo? Do people go in costume to Celebration photo ops, or is it expected that people wear regular clothes for them? Or is everything completely dependent on the individual actor?

It'll be similar to what you've seen at other cons.

 

You should have no issues with any of that.

You can wear costume, poses etc are up to the actor.

I have a ticket for a photo op with Mark on the 13th. How do I know what time photo ops will take place?

 

They haven't announced it yet.

 

When do you all think will the photo-op plan be online?

Just guessing depening on the last Celebrations, even it wasnt SW Authentics. I think I'm just too nervous and can't wait

 

With a lot of conventions, they'd be out by now.

 

There will also be plenty of people with amazing costumes walking around who will be glad to take photos for free.
