Don't buy the Harry Potter game.

 

Eh, I'll buy the game if I want to.

I don't want to, but I don't like the moralization angle, particularly with non-single-artist works.

This feels to me like its implicitly whitewashing who invented Skynet

 

In general I’d say I’m more ok with separating the author from the work if the author is dead.

I think there's only one time. They just may be different one times.

 

The first movie we don't know.
T2 Miles Dyson invented the computer chip thing and Skynet with help with the Terminator arm they found in the first movie
T3 had something to do with toasters coming alive.
T Salvation ... I think is the first timeline. Maybe. I dunno.
T Genesys was AI taking over the internet. Or something. I don't think that movie even cared.
T Dark Fate ... I have no clue. Never saw it.

 

The first film was always the arm and chip, which was found by the two employees. The second film just gave us a name. The third film was CRS being run by General Robert Brewster, along with a virus that was internet based. This is true in the fourth film. The sixth film never said who created the A.I. that became Legion.

Is it ok to not play the Hogwarts game because I'm not interested in the game? Or do I have to have a better reason for not playing it? It looks like it's made for little children, which is of course fine.
