I think that was an Arconan. One of them was in the Mos Eisley cantina.

No, that was a nightwatcher worm. An Arcona wouldn't make sense. Why would a sentient dude be randomly buried up to his neck in sand at night in the middle of nowhere? You'd think that would be relevant to the plot somehow if that were the case

It doesn't have to make sense, it's a JJA movie.

TROS - I actually quite liked the "They fly now scene"

Funny, I don't hate this film half as much as some of the other entries BUT have only ever seen it once... Indifference to a SW film can actually be worse!

But the "they fly now" scene makes zero sense!

I know, you are right... Trying to explain why I like the scene will be next to impossible, so I may have to just give this old chestnut "because I do" hahaha

I liked the "Force Skyping" scenes in TLJ. And Kylo killing Snoke.

I think Revenge Of The Sith is the most disappointing PT film.

Rogue One had good blaster designs.

Revenge Of The Sith - has one of my favorite pieces of SW music - The scene where Anakin is standing on the Mustafar balcony pontificating about life.

The Force Awakens - General Hux's speech was delivered very well! lol

The Last Jedi - The Island setting was a fantastic location!

The Rise Of Skywalker - The Knights Of Ren were a cool idea. Thought they should have been a bunch of Luke's students that left with Kylo though. Could have been a nice replacement for the Sith moving forward... Just needed to let a few of them survive.

SOLO - Something positive? [face_thinking] I saved money by only watching it at the cinemas once!

Rogue One - we get a glimpse of Coruscant.

When does Coruscant show up in Rogue One? Or are you referring to Andor?

Very brief flashback scene of Krennic visiting Ersos when they were living on Coruscant and working for the Empire. You can barely see Coruscant in the background, and it's mostly blurred.

For me, I'd say Death Troopers and U-Wings were cool. Cinematography was also quite good and possibly the best out of anything live-action Disney has made.

Return of the Jedi- the space battle above Endor is the most epic battle in the entire trilogy

The Force Awakens- the lightsaber duel is pretty cool for what it is, and Snoke’s design in this film is quite eerie.

Rogue One- Scarif is an epic locale and the Vader/Krennic scene is pretty awesome

The Rise of Skywalker- The idea of a non-Force sensitive paramilitary cult bringing back the Sith is really cool and wish that would have been better explored and executed in the film (and trilogy)

The duel between Kylo and Rey outside the Death Star ruins in TROS is pretty good.

    Babu Frik.

All the other Star Wars movies I at least enjoyed overall.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion. But isn't this thread supposed to be about something positive in a SW movie you don't like? This would be more appropriate in the unpopular opinions thread.

TROS: I like the vibes of the Sith cultists chanting on Exegol. Generally, content that emphasizes the nature of the Jedi and Sith as rival religions and philosophies, rather than just vaguely ideological organizations, is appealing to me

At one point in my SW fandom Rogue One would've been everything I wanted out of a new Star Wars film. That was a long time ago and my tastes of have changed considerably, but that viewpoint helps me see why other people love the film even though it's low on my current rankings.

I've kind of eased up on my negative opinion of the Kylo Ren lightsaber. I think the first reveal of it in the trailer made it look too silly, with the two little lasers poking out as if it was some big epic reveal, but the design itself isn't that bad.

The Rise of Skywalker is my least favorite film in the entire Star Wars saga, but the special effects are objectively very well done, and even though a lot of people complain about the score in the Sequels not being great, I still think that it's very good. After all, John Williams is always John Williams, so everything he does is gold.
