Enfys Nest, Han, Jyn with Krennic close behind.

 

Lupita nyong'o’s voiceover acting is what brings Maz to life. She’s able to strike a very charming balance between wise and humorous and warm and strong in a way that feels spiritually in the tone of an elder like Yoda but without imitating him at all, and without being a powerful Force user, and through a style that’s very much her. I know some of the ennuendo with her and Chewie or the Master Code Breaker rubs some the wrong way but I find it an interesting aspect to her personality. I also enjoy her goggles as a design touch and the pirate-like crew she’s in with.

I would support seeing more of her in IX and having her friends and allies play a role in the final fight.
