JCC Proposal for New JCC Moderation Structure

Each sub-forum should elect a ceremonial user to be the Big Brother of that sub-forum. Then they create a Big Brother forum and post there and have councils where they get to ceremoniously pretend they have real hard power even though they are just in ceremonial positions. Every month, a forum's Big Brother has to participate in another election that decides if that user can continue to represent them in the Big Brother forum. In this way, we can have a perpetual Big Brother game that goes on forever and have a new popularity structure that will breathe new life and vitality into the forums. Though we can elect a JCC Big Brother without any moderator intervention, we will need their support to create a sub-forum for all the Big Brothers once all the Big Brothers are elected.

Basically it's the UN of the JC, except a trash reality tv show, like The Crown. Sign up to put your name on the ballot below. You should only sign up if you think you can perform the duties of a JCC Big Brother. We will have debates where candidates are eliminated based on how stupid they are. You must have a campaign tagline to participate in the election.
