St. Lou, MO Prototype Droids

Has anyone here played the Obi-Wan video game? It was made before AotC. I was playing it recently, and two things caught my attention: One there is a "super battle droid" which looks remarkably like a mix between the super battle droids and regular ones. But the thing that really caught my eye was that there were "assassin droids" said to be specifically built to kill Jedi. They were man-size and shape, with CORTOSIS WEAPONS. For those who don't know, cortosis is the only element (in fiction) that can block a lightsaber blade. They are basically prototypes of Greivous's bodyguards. Now I'm not sure if it's a coincidence, or really good planning, but I think it's awesome. Respond.
