    Anyone want to help me build an Ark? We have had nearly a foot/30+/-cm of rain in 7 hours. All of our highways and major roads are shutdown in various places from flooding.

    Officially we had just over 9 inches/23cm of rain this morning. Some areas got a bit more while some got a lot less, to none at all.

    We didn't sustain any damage. We're up on a hill and everything below us is either flat or at an even lower elevation. We did have to run the sump pump about seven times.
