    dale jr will be joining the fox (!!) booth at talladega next sunday. very cool of nbc to allow that, can't wait to hear dale with bowyer and mike joy.

    i hope byron is impolite enough to pay him back for that. 22 was much faster, could have easily cleared him without wrecking him.

    saw jeff gordon talking to WB after the race, imagine they'll pick a good time and place.

    I don't believe there's an IndyCar thread, so I'll post here that you ought to turn on the IndyCar race at the Indianapolis road course on NBC right now. Lot of drama with weather and a track that can't decide whether it's wet or dry (or both at once) so nobody knows whether to put on slick or rain tires. Under caution at the moment with everyone having just pitted -- some for wets, some for slicks. 24 laps to go.

    EDIT: Now leaders are coming back in under the same caution giving up positions to change to wets.

    EDIT 2: Leader on slicks spun out coming to green. Race has been switched from a lap count to a time limit; 16 minutes left.

    Absolutely fraudulent caution call here. Stenhouse just bounced off the wall and everyone was past him. If I’m on the 12 team I’m incredibly angry right now. I’m incredibly angry right now and I’m not even his fan.

    Just ridiculous. The sanctioning body should be ashamed right now.

    Blaney won anyway, but... yeah. That's bull**** even for the All-Star Race and its usual crazy shenanigans.

    They should have let him pit for a window net fix for free (without loss of position).

    I saw the project 91 announcement and was really excited. Having a third car just for crossover drivers is such a cool concept. Cant wait to see who else they get.

    holy crap, the move from ericsson to hold off o'ward. and holy crap, the move from kanaan to hold back rosenqvist.

    marcus ericsson had a rough go of it in formula 1. this is awesome to see.
