Blimey, very hard because unlike Rogue One this really doesn't have any reference points or place in the story to help compare it to the other films. I'll give it a go though:

Solo gets a score of 8.5 from me, and I rounded down to 8 for this poll.

A very enjoyable adventure movie in the Star Wars universe, was exactly what LFL promised.

 

Solo got a 9.5 from me (so 9 on this poll). It’s amazing. I’d even go as far as saying it’s perfect. But I wouldn’t classify it as a 10/10 film like some of the other episodes. Let’s see if that changes after more viewings.

I’m not sure where I’d rank it yet.

 

I like Solo best as it has my brother Benthic in it.

 

7/10 for me okay movie but the story is a bit bad
And the main actor does not look anything like Han Solo

The movie is good to entertain, and has an acceptable origin but I do not end up liking it all
I liked the references and the special effects but that's all

In Solo's defence - I need to see it again. Everyone I know has liked it thus far...

 

Not the greatest of SW films I rate is 8, but most important for me is one thing, after I watched it I JUST WANT MORE. I want new stories about Qi Ra, Han, maybe Lando. I didnt expect that before but they did it, Good job.

 

I gave it a 7.
It's a 7 movie. I think people giving it a 10 or 1 will be rarities. It's... okay.

This is the first Disney movie where... I can whinge about the Prequels ruthlessly, but I also think I can get more out them than from this.

Hrrm. Let's see after second viewing.

 

Totally blown away. I'm giving it a 9. I can't overstate how much this exceeded my expectations. Basically Indiana Jones in space. I see now why the word "fun" was being thrown around so much. This movie was an absolute blast.

 

Solo is absolutley my favorite Star Wars film since the OT days. It delivered the fun, the thrills, the laughs, and the pure child-like joy that I crave from Star Wars. No questions it's the best of the Disney films, and I'd rather see a Solo 2 than episode 9, or whatever else they're cooking up. There's so much left untapped, and I really hope we get to see more from these takes.

I was so disappointed with TLJ I had close to zero expectactions for this one but I LOVED IT! Im so happy about this movie, felt like a true Star Wars movie, great adventure, great characters and i want to see where the story goes badly! Rate it 9!

Just posted in my sig. I think it's the best Disney made one so far. The others were good but had their own flaws that brought it down. This one just seems like a well balanced movie and while it does have its flaws, doesn't bring it down as much as other flaws in other movies if that makes sense.

But then again it was my first viewing so I am definitely hyped still. My score may change after another viewing. But as far as anthologies are concerned, I have to put this over Rogue One because I just felt this round of characters to be much more interesting and relatable on a bigger scale.

Giving it a 6/10. Some scenes dragged on quite a bit. I didn't feel like I cared as much as the other films... maybe because the stakes didn't feel that high. The ending was awesome!

Out of the four last films:

Rogue One is still my all time favorite, but this is a very worthy addition to Star Wars lore!

I gave it an 8

 

An extremely fun and well made movie. Definitely a smaller scale movie so I can't give it a 9 or a 10 but definitely an 8.
