Funny, I caught one last night as I was capturing footage. Now I know they air at like 2.00am

Something similar happened in the one I saw, Batman and Robin drive to the museum to stop the Joker from stealing jewels, they park right in front of it. They get out of the car, Batman sees a "No parking" sign and turns back to go park elsewhere.

Good thing a cop was there to tell him it was alright, the Joker would have gotten away. Heh.

 

I love the old Batman show. A perfect satire of the cheesy comic books of the fifties and sixties, IMO.

 

You kind of forget about the Green Hornet until people bring him back up. I never really liked Green Hornet though. Oddly enough, I loved the Green Arrow and Green Lantern. But those didn't get turned into cheesy 1960's TV shows, even though they would have been a hoot!

The 60's put out some unforgettable bizarreness. That and hippies, and I have no problem with those either ["But I will not save the rainforest!" -Homer].

Yeah, I had a lgihtsaber battle wound more than two months ago. I couldn't use the finger for, like, a month except for the salute (guess which finger?) because it was the inside of the upper knuckle.

Going back to the song, it's called The Ascent of Stan...it's my favorite Ben folds song. Awesome piano piece, awesome harmonizing among himself (think Bobby McFerrin), and it molds to fit any mood. You can enjoy it when you're depressed, or ecstatic.

Folds' has a way of making that kind of music, actually. *Strokes chin*

Let me say now, that I would be happy to offer up the counter to this place. I think it would be a nice addition.

However, I would not be able to host it. The counter already gets roughly 1500 hits a day. If it were to run on pages at TFN, that number would certainly increase substantially.

I would simply have to make a custom version for TFN to use that would not talk to my server at all.


Mods: If you are watching - please let me know if you are interested in this.

To be fair, the images change randomly every time it loads. There are 18 seperate images.

A little tech-spec for those that care: Each of the images is nothing more than a seperate SWF file. The counter loads, then pulls a random SWF from my server.

That way the download is about 70% smaller than it would be otherwise.
