Welcome to the Read & Review Tag Challenge!

We all sometimes get stuck in a rut and read the same type of thing, or maybe we lurk in threads that aren't our usual thing. The purpose of this challenge is to get out of your comfort zone and read and review something you might not have before.

How it works:

1. Type the word "TAG", meaning you agree to review at least one chapter of a story written and linked by the above poster.

2. Paste the link to your own story you'd like tagged by the poster below, whoever they might turn out to be.

3. When you're finished reading and reviewing the above the user's story, update the post confirming that.

!! Make sure that when you tag someone, you haven't already reviewed every chapter of the story they linked. That'd be awkward... !!

Ideas for Feedback:

TECHNICAL - Maybe there's a grammatical error or inconsistency that bugged you. Kindly point it out to the author.

SETTING - What about the setting stood out to you?

CHARACTERS - Explain, if you can, the characters' personalities and motivations.

PLOT/STORY - How would you summarize the plot of this chapter to a friend?

MISC. THOUGHTS - Anything else you'd like to share?

I'll sign up when it gets to something I haven't read too.

 

I like the idea but I'm not much of a ficcer, I usually focus on original works. I am reading a bit now though given RL is finally letting Cushy breathe.

 

I don't read other people's fics much, so I won't have any troubles getting into this thread.

 

Still, you posted as the first eligible person to read the previous story, then offer yours for its first proper review, as people seem to be avoiding it otherwise. You sure want to have your cake and eat it, too?
