release caps lock to refresh window????. what should i do?.

    hi, i was working on the after effects
    and a "release caps lock to refresh window" text appeared and a red square too,what to do?, the case is i still don´t know how to get rid of those things.

    press caps lock so it turns off, it does it so you dont have to wait for theimage to render in order to keep working
