    I’ll be at the Leafs/Habs game tomorrow night. Can’t wait for the season to kick off, it’ll be nice to have a regular year again.

    central: colorado, winnipeg, dallas, blues, minnesota, chicago, coyotes, nashville
    pacific: vegas, kraken, edmonton, kings, vancouver, calgary, ducks, sharks

    colorado over carolina for the cup. rangers make the playoffs, thank god. so do the kraken.

    @Lady Belligerent I was kidding of course about the Stars. They have a rich history, joined the league in the 67 expansion as the Minnesota Stars. Now that is still the Stars history right? Cause didn't at one point they relocate to Winnipeg?

    @Jar-Jar Binks No. They started in MN, but got smart and moved to N TX. You have them confused with Phoenix Coyotes.

    Amazon Prime Video Canada has been promoting the heck outta the documentary on the Leafs season last year, All or Nothing. Haven't watched it yet, frankly thinking about the Leafs last year is too demoralizing, especially watching multiple episodes about them crashing and burning out in the 1st round.

    But I did check out the trailer on Prime mobile app. And if you watch a video on Prime there's usually an X-Ray/Trivia option. Oddly, I noticed one on the trailer for the Leafs documentary. Clicked on it, this is what it says under Trivia. Really!



    "Q. What has 40 legs and lives in the basement since 1967? A. The Toronto Maple Leafs."

    Must have been uploaded by a Habs fan.

    Watched the Flyers slay the Kraken last night but I was partially rooting for the Kraken, too. Their uniforms are straight fire.

    Minor league hockey returns to the local scene tonight for the first time in nearly two years (since operations were suspended in March 2020 at the start of the pandemic, last season's hockey was called off similarly due to the pandemic). Exciting!
