Representatives

Ok all - with the upcoming meet-up and all, I think it's about time we got ourselves a City Repsentative

I PMed Hama about it - the stipulations are that in order for us to have a FanForce representative we must have had at least 3 meetups with 3+ people in attandance at each.

Well, I met Count_Cuckoo and Mini_Terra was there - 3 people, was arranged on here, so that's one

Again, me and Mini_Terra met TerryCooper at UGC - Yin-Jun was also there, so that's 2!

After the 6th we'll have had 3, and we can get a FF representative. I figure we'll have a Poll in the section here - anyone who wants to run for representative can put their name down here and will be included as an option in the Poll.

I say that any regulars will be allowed to vote

We can also use this thread to say why we think we'd be good representatives.

I'm running for representative because I believe, out of all the current regulars, I've been checking in here for the longest. I've also met at least 4 of you from this board alone, and I personally know another poster here

I always try to organise and arrange meetups, etc, and foster socialisation within the section - I've been a voice of recruitment on the otehr boards for this section, too! I believe I post enough elsewhere on the Fore/net that I'd be a good voice for us

Me thinks that that Terra guy should be the representative. As loads of ya know, we're friend in RL but im sayin in all honesty <holds hand to heart> that he'd be a good representative.

In the short time I've been postin here, he's tried to organise loadsa outtings, which have been kewl. He's been postin on here for God knows how long and I think it's fairly safe to say he knows the site like the bk of his hand.

And why not anyway? I dont see many peeps jumpin at the chance to become representitive of lil' ol' wales.

When I first came here I clearly saw that you were the driving force behind the Welsh section. I pretty much went back through all the other threads in here to get a feel of the people in here and who everyone is!

I can safely say that it would be unfair if anyone else was appointed. So to that end, I support your claim!
