I would have joined TV if they had put up their sign ups before PT. That is where I started my JCF journey.

 

I mean it’s true. Some of my worst posts grammatical speaking anyway were made there. That has got to count for something.

Tomorrow I get to go visit my friends way off in da big city (NYC) for the weekend. Super excited Gotta catch my train at 3:30am and is only about a 9 hour ride.

Hey everyone! I am now officially a graduate! It was such a lovely day, so perfect. We arrived, got all gowned up (My Mum cried when she saw me), then we had the professional photos done, both on my own and with my parents. After, we went around Bath taking some pictures in front of the Abbey and water feature. It was so hot that we spent 1h45 mins in an air conditioned cafe

After we went to a reception that was specifically for the computer science department, we are the only department that have the reception. Got to see some of my lectures again, which was lovely, such nice and inspiring people. There was a little speech and all those graduating were named in a slide show, which was nice. One of my mentors turned up too, I asked if she would come, and she did! We call her my Mum and Uni, so I had a photos with my 2 Mums Once done there, we went to the ceremony which was held in the Bath Royal Theatre, and it just felt kind of magical, like it was not really happing.

We then went to the parade gardens where there were group photos taken, one normal and the other with the traditional cap throwing in the air. Overall, it was just a perfect day, I am just so happy.

Will post some pics tomorrow, they are all on my Mum’s phone and it is getting late. We are off to collect my certificate from the Uni tomorrow and my Cousin and I are going to watch Incredibles 2 in the evening...finally!

@DarthAnakin96 have fun in NYC! I've never been but am hoping to go in the next couple of years. Do you go often?

 

Exactly. The official one, not the other with recipes for 'Red (Velvet) Wedding Cake' or 'Tyrion's Shortbread'.

Thanks! I've only been there twice before. Once to see a broadway show and another for vacation/visiting friends. Its definitely an experience as I live in the exact opposite type of area than a giant city

 

I have been to NYC 3 times I think.
