As of today there will be a 5000 post thread cap in FanForce Community. Once a thread reaches 5000 posts it will be closed and then left alone for 2 weeks in case someone wants to archive it. At the end of the 2 week period it will be deleted.

There are two main reasons behind this. One, when a thread gets so big it becomes very unstable and produces many errors and two big threads discourage new users from joining in. Reason two is my main reason for bringing about this rule. For those of you that post in the JC there is a similiar rule that Farraday started and that is where I got the idea.
