SWRPF Archive Romance of the Three Empires Begining

Based on Romance of the Three Kingoms, a beautiful piece of Chinese literature which I think some of you should read, this is a epic timed a long time after the New Jedi Order. Maybe a thousand years, maybe a milenia, it is both undecided and unknown.

Many Years after the end of the Yuuzhan Vong Crisis, the Galaxy has settled down a bit. There is peace and tranquility throughout the land, though there are complications. Because of all the wars and time, power for weapons and capital ships have all but disappeared. Space travel is possible, it is just ranged weapons of all kinds are completely incapable of use. Space battles now consist of boarding and taking over instead of the fire at each other from a distance battles of old. All fighting man to man has seemingly deterierated into melee fighting of beamswords[not lightsabers!] and forcepikes. Blaster fire has been regulated, powerpacks being so scarce[arrows to archers in Romance of the Three Kingdoms]

Also a rogue and corrupt official named Tumc Swui has taken thousands of troops and has begun a revolt. The Minister of State has issued an order for all able men and women to assist in putting down Tumc Swui's rebellion.

That is where you come in. You have seen the messages and you have decided to help the Minister of State. You rally enough people to present yourself to the Minister of State.

And Kazkid, I said somewhere that the Jedi is all but fergotten I tihnk, if not I am sorry for the confusion.
Though a lightsaber is ok, just I don't want everyone having one. It's ancient and you should explain where you got it somewhere along the way. And if you're not going to start the third side then plese put down unkown. Lastly, I shoulda put Branch instead of expertise. Sorry, but Jedi isn't a notable rank.

During the great war of Falleen, Sheen took control over several armies and came victorious. After the war, he traveled the galaxy to study the teachings of historical generals and leaders. By the age of 75 (young for a Falleen) he was asked by the Army to serve as a commander, which he excepted and only a year later rose to the rank of general.

Personal history: Trained as a slicer for the Cerean Cyberdefense Force and was transferred to the Cerean Armed Forces as a tactician. Took an early retirement, and formed a commando group from all over the galaxy specializing in quick small operations, that sells itself to the highest bidder.

 

OK, the side thing is too complicated, so I'll solve it!

First though, Kazz kid isn;t playing until he fixes his thingy.

There will be three sides you may join. Jukamsu, 6-6-6's, and Nymto.

I lead Jukamsu, 666 leads his force, and someone needs to take over Nymto. Perhaps the Patton dude.

Finally, for the whole General Navy thing, for each side there will be one Leader, one Grand General, one Grand Admiral, and one Tactical Leader. The ones under will be generals then admirals and tactitions. The Leaders will be leaders and quite important.

And I like Thok and Longlivetherebel's nbames, Douglas McArthuer freed my people from Japaneese control!

Would McArter want to be a Navy officer instead of a Grand General? Either way they use fight hand to hand, just on ships.

well .. hmm .. mkay .. I´l be that. when do we begin?

 

First: when you say no other officers, does that mean we can make some up that aren't listed? Like can I, as leader, designate a grand vizier or assistant or something?
Second: what are the differences between the three sides. Do we have a cause or did someone just say "Hey, let's fight!" ?

 

Daemon: techniquely, yes you can make other positions like that, I meant other generals under the Grand generl but what you said also works.

And the Point is you want to unite the Galaxy, under your ideals. Some may want a facist empire, some may want a democratic, some may want an imperial... it goes on like that. In Romance of the Three Kingdoms, they all really wanted the same thing, just them at the head of it. Would you rather lead a small sector of five or so planets or all the planets in the galaxy?
