Short Bio: Not much is know about Akuma-Oni. Some say he came out of nowhere, or that he is a curse, or divine punishment brought down on an evil Shogun. Some say he works like poison, infecting slowly, until his target is dead. Others claim that he is like wrath itself, killing and consuming everything in his path, burning all with his fiery breath. It is also said that he destroys the evil and the powerful, that he wears the armor of the last powerful leader he’s killed. That perhaps he is seeking something, or someone. It is also said that to behold his crest, is a definite death sentence.

Bio:

Born into one of the most influential families on Tinnel IV, a lot of pressure was placed on Janus's shoulders to bring honour to the Jerjerrod family name.

Throughout his younger years Janus was trained to prepare for the war that was to come. A war fighting Dark Jedi and their allies. Instead of a normal life, Janus was constantly given lessons on tactics, the weapons of war and how to use them, like his ancestors before him.

Joining the Imperial Academy, mostly in part due to his family name Janus passed his tests and joined the Imperial Navy. The true test of his training came at the Battle of Corvus where serving as a Ensign he helped the Empire defeat the Dark Jedi and sending them into retreat.


Over the next twenty years Janus made his way up the ranks, not only because of his family name but due to his knowledge gained over the years. Ten years after the Battle of Corbus he made the rank ofCaptain and gained the command of the Centurion class Star Destroyer Electrostar.


During these years he fell in love with and married a woman from another rich house and she gave birth to his son Artemis. However things were beginning to become fraught between them as he only came home occasionally.

After more skirmishes at the borders of the Core worlds and the Fallen Worlds, Janus attained the rank of Admiral after showing his mettle. And with his new fleet under his command he is ready to take on new challenges.

In his mind Janus knows the next big war is just around the corner….

Wandering from town to town, pursuing nothing but the next charge or systems upgrade. It was a sad and dismal state of existence upon the backdrop of constant terror that someone would outfit you with a restraining bolt, or you would shut down for the night never to wake as you are stripped and sold for parts. Granted as a Sith war droid created by a Master Sith, this was not the worst terror this unit has ever had to live with.

Still, every day is a struggle and every recharge cycle a nightmare waits for a state like sleep to overtake the processors. The same nightmare, made all the more hellish for the simple truth that it is a memory. A memory of this units first murder.

Bio: Marcus was born on the Outer Rim world of Eriadu, which had by then been settled by pioneers who extracted and shipped the planet's rich deposits of ore. Marc's father had influence on Eriadu and was also a hunter, filling his home with trophies from successful hunts. Eventually he started taking Marc's older brother with him on these trips… until one day he came back alone, claiming that Marc's older brother had gotten himself killed with his own stupidity. Marc, who looked up to his big brother, learned to hate his father because of this. Behind closed doors, Marc's father was not a kind man. Marc's mother died while he was young and while his father never remarried, he had an affair with a servant that resulted in the birth of Marc's half-sister. Marc adored his baby sister Auranae, or Aura for short. Marc's father left raiding his illegitimate daughter to the servants and Marc also helped to care for her, all the while his hatred for his father grew. Eventually he convinced his father to take him on one of his hunting trips. When his father agreed, Marc made sure that only one of them came back. Though he had been careful to cover his tracks and make it look like an accident, Aura could still tell that he had murdered their father. Horrified, Aura left with her mother and Marc never saw them again.

Killing his father had unlocked something in Marc and by the time that the Dark Jedi came to Eriadu he had used his power to become a master of beasts. At that point in their war, the outnumbered Dark Jedi were growing more desperate. When they sensed potential within Marc, they showed him just how powerful he could possibly become and tried to recruit him. Marc had been aimless ever since he killed his father and his sister left. So he agreed to join the Dark Jedi and let them teach him about the power that he had first tapped into with his hatred. During the Hundred Year Darkness, Marc helped to control the dark side creatures that had been created by the Dark Jedi to reinvigorate his armies while learning more about the dark side himself. But it also helped him realize that he hadn't murdered his father for his sister, like he had claimed in order to justify his actions. He had done it for himself. He had joined the Dark Jedi for himself. He had helped them kill for himself. Marc was able to see why his sister had been horrified and why she had fled from him. Because Marc, despite loving her, had only acted out of his anger and hatred. Out of his need for blood. He was selfish and that had cost him the admiration of the person that he cared about the most. And he was still acting selfish now, killing and helping others to kill just so that he could be more powerful. He knew what his sister would think of him now if she could see him and it broke him.

So Marc left. Before the Battle of Corbos that concluded the war, Marc deserted the Dark Jedi. He then searched the galaxy for something that he could fight for other than himself. He ended up joining a group of freedom fighters who helped anyone who couldn't help themselves, of which there were plenty thanks to the war. He kept his past hidden from them and fell in love with their leader, a green-skinned Twi'lek named Robyn who was an idealist. When Marc told her the truth about his past, she didn't accept it at first but they both agreed to try to work it out. They did and had a child together, whom they named Auranae after Marc's sister. They planned to retire so they could raise their daughter together, but Robyn insisted on doing one last job. She didn't make it and Marc was left to raise their kid alone.

That was twelve years ago. Now Marc's main priority is his daughter. May the Force have mercy on whoever tries to get between them or hurt her…

Quiet, tranquil, and seemingly always with a soft smile on his face, Nin is an enigmatic figure. A trait that seemed particularly common thread for many people across the galaxy at this time in history. He comes and goes from planet to planet, seemingly stopping shortly before leaving in a flash.

Where Nin's allegiances lie is a mystery known only to him. What his exact end goals remain unknown. Reports of a long-haired man clad in crimson clothes began to spread across the galaxy, mainly whispers in passing nothing to rise of that of concern.

But from those that do speak of him or have met him will say in earnest that he is a kind, private man, seemingly content to just watch and observe. What his true intentions or goals were they did not know.

Wears an all encompassing suit of armour that has seen better days. It has a modular design that can be upgraded.

The purpose of the suit is to survive harsh conditions of different worlds and face whatever dangers that await. The suit has multiple features; on board computer and sensors. Two small rear thrusters on the back of the suit allow for easier traversal of terrain and movement.

A portable plasma cannon fitted the right arm which can be adapted for different purposes. Can be used as a cutting tool or for offensive / defensive purposes.

The visor which can swap between standard, ultraviolet and infra red vision. HUD shows data from the suits sensors. Remote access to their personal gunship.

Gunship is used to travel between planets.

Two figures burst into the inn with blasters in hand. Standing at the doorway, they yelled at the innkeeper.
“What happened out there?!”

The innkeeper turned from the counter, calmly wiping down a glass.

“A stranger just showed up from beyond the valley. Clad in armour... like some kind of Mando or something. I’ve never seen that armour before. Some of your friends got a bit rowdy and shot off their blasters at it.” The innkeeper shook their head. “Three went down in five seconds. Several more dropped after that... that brought the others out of your HQ. After the skirmish, the stranger collected the fallen gear. Maybe to sell for scrap, maybe to collect trophies...Don’t know what you lads were doing but whatever it was, it probably saved your hides. You two are all that’s left of your company... are you alright? You both look a little pale.”

“That’s impossible.”

“The stranger did leave a message in case any of you marauders were left behind: Leave or be hunted.”

“You’re bluffing!” One of them sneered and raised their blaster-

A bolt of energy shot from the corner of the room, engulfing the blaster and arm along with it. The marauder went down, the other bolted outside.

“Sorry about that.” A distorted voice stated quietly.

The innkeeper looked to the armoured figure. For a moment, they thought they saw a pair of eyes behind the visor before it flashed and turned opaque.

“Thank you for freeing this town from their control. They’ve been bleeding us for years. What are you going to do with that last one?”

“Someone has to survive to warn the others... and lead me to the rest of them.” A gauntlet dropped some coinage onto the counter. “For your troubles.”

“Thank you. What do I call you?”

“You don’t.” With that, the armoured figure left.

A report was later filed. The circumstances fit that of several other instances across the known galaxy. Instances that started a few years ago. The stranger could not be identified. No name. Just a moniker created by other witnesses: ‘The Hunter’

Siblings, Konstance and Kallan were born during the period of the Hundred-Year Darkness. With the conflict between the Dark Jedi against the Jedi and Republic-then turned Empire, the expansion of their kingdom and the frontier at the edge of their borders, the King saw fit that both his children were to be properly trained by the Corellian Military and with the Knights of the Corellian Order.

Corellia had lent aid to bring the conflict with the Dark Forces to a close. During the Battle of Corbos, the teenage Prince and Princess were deemed too young to participate in the battle despite their skill with a blade and believing they were ready to join in. They had been told to stay with the base camp... although, teenagers have a tendency to do what they believe is to be the right thing for them to do.

Bio:
Akiko was born, and orphaned, on a remote world that she does not remember. The infant was taken into a Force Adept sect known as the Shinosa gumi. Their art was stealth and subterfuge, with emphasis on Force powers that masked their presence, created illusions to distract foes, levitation to penetrate enemy strongholds unnoticed. Their greatest, it was said, could melt through walls. Their business was infiltration and the gathering of intelligence. They do not carry the noisy and bright lightsabers, instead using blades created from a Force-reactive metal in a prolonged weapons-forging process. The stealth katana makes no noise, but can parry an energy blade and even turn a blaster bolt.

Originally developed to track down the elusive Sith, and then the Dark Masters, the Shinosa were turned to the Emperor’s purpose and dispatched to the Unknowns to gather and pass on information.

Through her missions to obtain ancient Lore contained within holocron cubes, Akiko has stumbled across the identity of those that murdered her family - and her entire clan. In particular, she found a grainy image of her mother, shortly before she was killed.



Akiko is now a rogue agent, a Ronin, and has her own agenda. For the Shinosa, when necessary, are also adept assassins...

Bio:

The Grand Vizier is a rather private man. So I am sure you will understand that much of his history and personal background is restricted information. Hardly a surprise or really even uncommon given the current nature of secret identities, unknown names, and general deception that exists in the galaxy as a whole during this time.

What I can tell you is that he is an old friend of the Emperor. A very old friend. He is a human, well I believe he is a human. With so many humanoid species that exist in the galaxy, it is difficult to tell. Which makes it just as difficult to precisely tell how old the Vizier is. If he were a human certainly no more than his early thirties.

Despite his rather private nature, the Grand Vizier is an avid and diligent politician. Seemingly always at hand to assist the Emperor whenever he requires assistance. Other than this there is nothing else in his public record, some other government positions here and there, a collection of his speeches when he was spoken for the Emperor but nothing that would indicate his past or that of his personal connection to the Emperor.
