[Round Three] Game 1 The Dancing Ewoks vs Mystery Inc Squad

Awh, I was sure house would be one!

 

Perhaps 100 former TFN Mods were surveyed for this round.

 

I'd have said house as well. In my area of the UK almost every house/apartment building has some kind of fence or hedge around the garden..

 

While that certainly does happen quite a bit, I feel like a lot of people have fences around their backyard (hence maybe the yard answer and not the house) so that's where the dog and the kids go. But there are a lot of people who don't have them and I've seen people get into physical fights over someone accidently mowing part of their lawn. It's kinda ridiculous.

 

Yeah for those without fences in their yard, there may be a landmark like a single tree or bush or something that would represent the property line. A fight/disagreement could ensure with regards to mowing, raking of leaves on their property, kids playing in the wrong yard, etc.

But yeah, sometimes there is no natural landmark, so when one neighbor goes to actually build a fence, then there are usually words and you have to go to the courthouse and have documentation of the official property line. It can get messy.
