Blinding Light Productions is proud to present RvD2: Ryan vs. Dorkman II!

Four years to the day after the premiere of the original, RvD has since swept the internet. We set out to create a sequel that would take everything that was great about the original and amp it up as high as we could. RvD2 would not have been possible without the generous contributions of fans, friends, and family.

This is a later release than we had hoped, but on our clocks it?s still March 1. Below is a link to the film on YouTube, and Stage6, in its full HD glory. Stage6 requires installation of the DivX web player, but it?s a fairly quick and painless installation on both platforms.

YouTube buggered the sound mix, so I actually recommend that you check out the film on Stage6 (it looks great full-screen and sounds great too). Still, please link your friends to the YouTube version so we get as many hits as possible. YouTube made the original the smash it was and we?re looking forward to seeing RvD2 spread like its predecessor.

It?s been a tough film to make, but we had a lot of fun working on it and we?re very proud of the final result. We hope you all enjoy it.

    Watch the film on YouTube.

Watch the film in HD on Stage6.

Both links available through our website, RyanVsDorkman.com.

    Very cool.
    The length alone inspires awe.

I'll let you guys know what I think later on. I'm glad it didn't take the extra three hours. There could've been iRiots.

Right on. Bought friggin time (no offense). And, though this film is above and beyond my expectations, it has totally SHOT any dream of any attempt of my own to override it's success.

Ryan and Mike - congratulations on a great performance, and for driving my dream into the ground ;)

I'm in love with the editing, again, my inspiration..

But I'm afraid the end was not in the least satisfying. Sorry... But I suppose it's kind of hard to live up to yourself. in my opinion, the first was better.

That was well put together. The camera work always kept what you needed/wanted to see in frame and choreography was on key.
Nearly flawless timing between Ryan and Dorkman. The score flowed with the picture very nice. When a slower scene would approach, the music would follow in its footsteps without flaw. The visual effects were very impressive! Like the arm stub, and the wall slashes, I would really like to see more behind the scenes on those two alone.

Well done Ryan and Dorkman, well done.

    Hahaha, very cool guys.

I'm gonna download the HD version now and watch that later on. I'll give you a full review after I've had time for the hype level to drop a bit.

Still, you were right about it being cinematic. I'm very impressed. I'll be wanting to talk about a couple things, cuz it seems we've shared a couple of ideas which I'll be wanting to implement into FA this summer. I think you pulled them off way better than I would've though.. so this could be a great help.

You guys rock. Plain and simple.

The only issue I've got with this is the sound work and selling of some of the hand-to-hand (or foot to face or whatever) stuff.

    Seriously, that's my only issue.

    Excellent, excellent job.

This one started off slower than I'd anticipated but it definately picked up.

The force pull to the face had me laughing out loud.

The effects were way up there too.

There's nothing I can say that everyone else hasn't already said, or won't say again.

But I'll say it anyway: Bravo, good sirs. This surpassed the original in every way. I can't wait to spread this around the school.
