to answer you, because if I won the biggest Marvel fan or whatever it is award, it would be a fraud. I would not deserve to win it.
Nor would I deserve to win any of the awards posted.

You see, I only like a branch of Marvel (alright, it's a pretty big branch) but it's a branch all the same, and that is the X-Men/Mutant part of it.

I don't give a **** about Hulk.
I can't stand Fantastic Four.
I detest Black Widow and find her inclusion in most things 100 percent laughable

I only am interested in characters that have or were born with the X gene. That is my Marvel.

I don't endlessly debate myself who the best Spider-man is because I don't care about his character.

The person who should win that award should be one that likes all its aspects, not just the dogmatic narrow view of the X-Men world

or at least one that doesn't say:

Dazzler would defeat Hulk in a milli-second

 

I voted for The Last Samurai.

I think I ranted ages ago about this but the majority of Marvel is some dweeb or scientist that either:

1) trips on toxic sludge
2) bitten by something radioactive/toxic/genetic
3) blown backwards by an explosion (usually a radioactive nuclear plant of some kind)

and thus have superpowers.

*yawn and LOL at the same time*

with X-Men...it's a whole different kettle of fish,

it's something they are born with via the next stage of bio-evolution
they experience racism and prejudice every day
almost none of them are 100 % good or bad

in fact, sometimes X-Men doesn't feel Marvel at all

 

Now you get it for 24 hours although probably longer than that since I am lazy but at least 24 hours

 

Also to answer your question @Deliveranze @DarthAnakin96 is still around he pops in from time to time. He’s like those baseball ghosts from that one movie. If you build it they will come but instead it’s if you post it he will come

I agree, X-Men feels different from the rest of Marvel.
