I thought that was one of the creatures from The Neverending Story for a moment, Rockbiter played by Alan Oppenheimer until I realized it wasn't.

 

Morning everybody, finally home Went to sleep yesterday at like half 1 Swiss time, was up for about 20 hours

Glad to finally be home and having a rest day (thank goodness it's a bank holiday today). Only downside is that my MP3 player stopped working :/

It might be fixable, the same thing happened to an older one. I tried it about a week later and it seemed to have fixed itself. Here's hoping the same eventually happens to my new one, but the waiting is killing me!

Finally ported all my writing notes over to my main word document. Now, ignoring the 3 chapters I completed before my holiday, I have 9 full pages of notes for future chapters

Plan is to re-read/edit chaps 1-3, then plow on with writing the next 3 chapters, since they have pretty full outlines now.

 

Seems a safe bet that he was included in the 'random lottery' of the Snap, I mean, he does want a completely fair and unbiased snapping after all.

Or I suppose, he might have ensured he could stick around, just so he could do the 'second snap' to dispose of the Stones (or maybe they'd have been snapped along with him?)

 

To say nothing of the facts that it -- Thanos' rationale -- even when removed from genocidal aims, is one of the most intellectually bankrupt premises that continues to float around both pop-culture and general discourse: "Oh no. There's too many people. We're gonna run out of resources! Catastrophe!"

Uh, no. It doesn't actually work that way in reality. But I digress... For dramatic purposes and as a comic book movie villain meant to be seen as complex, Thanos is fine. Fairly decent. Though, I wouldn't rank him as my favorite of the franchise in question.
