Want a room in this masochistic society of old fogeys? Well, you need to meet a couple of requirements.

1. Be at least of the age of 25.
2. Be a like-minded individual. For the 24 and under crowd that feels old. You have extra chores to do; like rub bunions and be a slave.
3. You need to PM Otis for a room.
4. And you need to stay active, or risk getting an Eviction notice when the next thread is started.
