Tips & Tricks Sewing Machines and Sergers

I’ve been checking out new machines, the one I depend on the most is a Janome that’s probably around 15 years old. It’s a really good machine, and I have a Baby Lock machine for back up, but I’m digging the new technology that the new machines have.

I also need a new serger, I loaned mine to a friend and it was never returned. It did the job, but I’ve wanted a nicer one for a long time.

What machines are you guys using?

 

I use none but my wife swears by Janome and Juki.

 

I’ve loved my Janome. Juki! That was a brand I wanted to check out! I tried them at a trade show years back.

I will but she won't understand. I actually know the machines. I fund this godlessly expensive enterprise.

It was never returned!?!? Seriously!? I am guessing a serger is an overlocker, yes?

My machines are old, I have a Brother sewing machine and a Jenome overlocker who both need a service seriously. I actually had a Jenome sewing machine, but I really love my Brother machine. Its awesome.
