April 27th, 2073 - Fanfic readers from around the world have met to honor The_Standmaiden, legendary author of the least frequently updated fic in recorded history, "Shadow Legacy", which was last updated exactly 70 years ago. When asked about the next update, the elderly writer only said, "No comment."

Fans remain hopeful, though. Ysanne Jade Severinski, daughter of Standmaiden's faithful reader Devi (who recently died of old age), said, "If we won't live to see an update, our grandchildren will!"
