I am having significant difficulty fitting a melody to this.

 

I know the melody it's supposed to fit, but it doesn't all scan right. Then again, Swifty's real lyrics often don't scan that great to her melodies either.

 

I was following along with the melody pretty well for a while, but I don't know the song that well and got lost

 

I pulled it up on YouTube so I could sing along - it's perfect, and SUPER clever!
