So, Some FanForce Info

I've got several friends, bout 2 big Star Wars buffs and another 1 2 casual fans and we might think about making a FanForce, a few things I am curious about.

1: How exactly do you make a fanforce?
2: How much TF.N forum interraction would they need, not all of them are the forummy types
3: Once a fanforce is made how does it work, those people do stuff or does anyone who wants too get to come to the meetings?
4: None of us are 18 and I was told this could put a stop to it.


Also keep in mind right now this is in the vague area. I am really just considering it right now, I havn't really done any planning or anything.
