What songs are in your head this week that you can't get out. I have two, that Outkast song and that new song by the strokes. Anybody have info on Lollapalooza, I heard Morrissey is playing this year.

"Yeah" by Usher and "Tipsy" by some other hip-hop artist I can't remember. I heard one of those two songs at least every 10 minutes while I was in Hawaii.

You know I just heard someone humming this old song by Eve 6, think it was Turn Around? Or something like that...naturally the song is now stuck in my head.

    I would swallow my pride,
I would choke on the rinds
but the lack there of would leave me empty inside
    I would swallow my doubt,
    turn it inside out
and watch it spin around into a beautiful oblivion....

    Yeah...I know..strange lyrics...but they won't go away.

That new D12 song My band. It's funny and all, but man, I don't need to hear it every 15 minutes.

Most of the time songs by Linkin Park are flying through my head but this morning my mind went, for whatever reason, to Roberta Flack's "Killing Me Softly". Insanity is slowly setting in. I like the new Hoobastank song also. It's really mellow.

Every time I drive to visit friends in Santa Clarita I get the old McCartney and Wings song "Hands Across the Water" in my head. It happens to Bernie too. I had a vaccuum cleaner once that inspired everyone who heard it to start singing "Born to be Wild." I am not kidding.

Right now I have the Doors song "Crystal Ship" stuck in my head and I have no idea why. I haven't heard it in years.

I did not know who D12 was until you mentioned it and then I seen the video on IMX. That was the first time I had heard it. I'm more of an old school guy. I passed by MTV and they were showing the OutKast video but only showed a small part and then cut it. I really don't watch MTV all that much since it is not aimed at my demographic and I'm not a 15 year old girl. I have crossed over into VH1 territory.

One song that I seem to hum from time to time (it just surfaces from the sub-conscious) is
"The March of the Villains" from the Superman soundtrack (Go, JW!)

That's weird, Liz! Yesterday or the day before "Crystal Ship" (by X, not the Doors) randomly popped into my head...I was on the shuttle back to my car and this girl was singing horribly off-key and that song just came to me for some reason...
It's been a long time since I've listened to the XF movie soundtrack too, so it's not like it was fresh in my mind or anything.
