SWC22 Star Wars Celebration Anaheim Now May 26-29, 2022.

Rox, if your going to wear new shoes to next years Cele. maybe they should be black ones / they won't show the footprints of fans who may accidently step on your feet! maybe there's a possibility that bright white footwear attracts dirt and others feet! those shoes you wore were very bright(nice ones!)Has anyone noticed when at the airports, a lot of people have brand new shoes on? I've been noticing that.

 

Funny that you say that. I don't think I've bought white tennis shoes since.

 

Yes, I've noticed that a lot of people flying seem to buy new shoes for the trip! maybe it's to prevent foot odor in the plane! when your waiting in line sometime, say for security, look down and you may be amazed, not just brilliant white either! but those shoes you had on were very "light side"!

 

We are (at least based on the current dates) one year from Celebration!

 

Time to start watching Anaheim weather to get an idea of what it could be at Celebration

Also I'm now self conscious of what shoes to wear

I’ll wait. With that turn around and the way shipping is delayed, summer may be close to over by the time it gets here. I could always have it ship to my dad’s in France and pick it up at Christmas for next year at that rate

 

EMP is pretty much Hot Topic, maybe they have it in the US?

 

I just looked and while they don’t carry any Grogu swimsuits, I did find an Ursula one 30% off so it’s still a win!

 

Ashley Eckstein's company Her Universe is now owned by the parent company of Hot Topic(and Box Lunch). Her Universe sells swimwear for women, so it might be released in the US through them.

 

And now I have Poor Unfortunate Souls in my head

 

Yeah we may get one from them eventually. Hot Topics Disney line is usually through Her Universe as well

 

To those hoping for Lyte tickets the old request page for Anaheim 2020 has been updated with 2022 info today, though that should say Sun the 29. https://lyte.com/starwarscelebration/Star-Wars-Celebration-2020-94365/ There is nothing to click on, so it could be a placeholder. Interesting to note when I logged in to Lyte, a VIP request I had is showing active again where previously it had become no longer active. I had concerns that they try to retain peoples place in line and I hope this is the case by using the 2020 waitlist, but it is definitely possible the active request is just during the switchover to 2022. Another important thing is the credit card I had on file was no longer good so I updated that in case I do get something, hopefully.

 

I logged into Lyte and I see where they updated my order information for the new dates and that they will be shipped. Before, when I got them for the 2020 date, it said Pick up at Will Call.

 

Good to see Lyte is getting ready. With them handling the cancellations this time I wouldn't be shocked if the resale is all done with Lyte in some form when tickets do go back on sale.

 

Got the hotel, now for the plane ticket.
