Based on the patent they filed it seems to be an extending blade that has a flexible LED strip attached so ATF doesn't have to get involved at this point.

 

Had my first vaccine shot this week and booked in for June for the 2nd. It really does feel like a massive step back towards normality.

And my Facebook memories started with the Celebration posts yesterday (Episode I on my flight to Chicago ). Man I can’t wait to go to a convention again!

 

So someone emailed in one of the Celebration Facebook Groups and inquired about booking hotels and this is the response they got...

Honestly, I am not gonna worry about it, as I have a couple backup hotels ready to book if I don't get a close one to the convention center

Exact feeling I have, can't wait to go to a convention again. I saw a post a few days ago about Disneyland after Dark : Star Wars Nite which I had forgotten about and just the mentioning of it got me so amped about that and the convention again. I haven't seen a Facebook memory pop up yet but it is coming.

My second Moderna shot is in a week but that feeling of relief and worry after the first shot wasn't something I expected to feel so deeply.

 

Looked at all the major hotel sites and there was barely anything up for rental. I’ll start stalking hotel sites in July.

I’m vaccinated now. Quick in and out.

If you are booking outside the block, I think they aren't gonna release the dates you need to book for Celebration until like September this year..

It's awesome to see everyone (even @ChrisLyne) getting vaccinated. There really is just a sense of relief. April is the anniversary for a lot of Celebrations so there's definitely a lot of memories coming back right now. It makes me even more excited to see everyone again next year.

 

Hard to believe 2 years ago today we were picking up badges and watching them get the halls set up!

 

Two years ago today...

 

Loved getting to meet everyone in person! Really hope we can do it again next year.

I'm going to miss having the Thursday with no panels to just browse the show floor, meet friends, and get photos/autographs. It was just so convenient and made it really easy to arrange the meet up.

Maybe try doing it Wednesday or Thursday night? It's going to be impossible to find a convenient time for everyone during show hours.

You weren't supposed to see that. We're meeting middle of the day on Thursday.

 

I Would be open to a meetup or something Thursday night, as I do not have a DisneyLand After Dark Ticket or anything planned.

There's bound to be a lot of events that will clash (After Dark, Bash, etc). We'll just see what works best for most people nearer the time

@Obi Anne is right - breakfast one morning might be a good alternative
