With NYCC they said capacity was going to be reduced from previous years. They've never said anything to suggest the Celebration crowd was capped smaller.

They lost all credibility with me when they didn't name them "I don't like sand-les".

 

tickets sold out in 6 minutes. I didn't even get past the queue.

 

Yeah, $200 was a great value considering their duo photo op is more.

So I finally got my order from the Celebration Store and one of the t-shirts and the tote bag were missing. They even highlighted those items on the invoice. I e-mailed Reed Pop about it and they claim on their end they see the order was completely filled, but if I come to the Official Store, they'd resolve the matter then. I sent them a photo of the invoice and asked if I've got to stand in the regular line to resolve this or can other arrangements be made. We'll see what they say.

I printed out an e-mail I got from them months ago about how I never got the Stormtrooper pin for letting my tickets roll over. They gave me the name of a specific person and told me to talk to her at the official store.

 

I would speak to that contact person about all of your concerns at once. It should not be an issue. Best of luck, Brent.

 

I didn’t get a pin either but I just don’t care enough about pins to fight them over it lol

 

same, I've lost hope in Reed's coordination of most things so it's not worth the battle for something so small. The store items on the other hand. I'd flip tables if necessary.

 

Yeah I’m not really worried about the pin, but i am about the Anaheim celebration logo T-shirt and key art tote bag i ordered and didn’t get. But I’m sure they will make it right.
I ordered the commemorative guide book too for 2020 and when the event was delayed, they told me to bring my email receipt and they’d give me one here
At Orlando and Anaheim 2015 i was able to get the guide book I preordered at Will Call

 

I never received my official lanyard, so my plan was to bring this up with someone at the convention and get one there. For something lost cost like that it shouldn’t be much of an issue, but t-shirts are probably a different story.

 

You might be able to get your lanyard issue resolved at Will Call. I'd try there.

As for my issue with the t-shirt and tote bag, they told me to come to the official store, so I don't know if that means wait in the regular line or if I can find someone to show them these e-mails to and they'll let me in to resolve this.

 

I'm pretty sure I ordered a shirt and haven't gotten it.

 

I have two extra stormtrooper pins if anyone wants them. I am not a pin collector.

I was thinking the same thing, Star Wars Is Good. That is a very nice gesture, Jason. I think that people are just venting about their shipment issues. Hopefully things get resolved on Thursday without any trouble.

 

If you go to maps in the Celebration app, it looks like just a blue screen, but if you keep zooming out, you'll see the location is the Gulf of Guinea just off the coast of Ghana. Use this information however you wish.

 

My AOTC 20th shirt also hasn't arrived. I contacted them awhile back and was told to allow for more time, but I guess it is time to contact them soon.

 

Ridiculous, SMH. I bet they'll just have you speak to someone at the Con store.
