I am already stressing for 2027 then ahaha

non US question: how are the prices (not Jedi vip but the normal ones) for US people? Because with the change to my currency the 3day pass was a really cheap bargain and the day passes are honest price. Only the VIP tickets are considered pricey even if compared to single concert tickets for big performers/artist in the end it is comparable… I don’t really go to concerts but I have friends who go here where I live and they tell me a ticket for someone big ( a normal one with a good view) can reach 200-300 dollars so 900 for 3 days according to them is not so exaggerated?
But I suppose from a US point of view it is maybe different? I was wondering!

Then again the flight must be really pricey and hotels also look nothing like cheap so tickets seem to be the less, but for us here US or Japan travel times and expenses I think are maybe similar on the cheaper side for the US…
Which reminds me that I have to book my flights as they are now open to booking to get the cheaper fares!
(ADHD is a b@€&h I’ll forget as soon as I post this and close my phone…)

The prices were quite reasonable compared to London and probably right at or lower than US prices for the last few US based Celebrations.

Flights from the west coast (Los Angeles, San Francisco, etc) seem to be just at or right under $1,000 round trip, which is a little less than I expected, but if the Yen continues to remain this weak against the Dollar then we will undoubtedly see the Americans coming over having quite a lot of buying power at their disposal.

I went ahead and bought my plane ticket to Tokyo this week. Flying United Premium Plus nonstop from Newark to Haneda. This will be twice the length of the longest flight I've ever taken, so I'm hoping the extra legroom, footrest and reclining seats are worth the upgrade.

Extra legroom is always worth it, if it's possible. And I'm saying that as a person with disproportionally short legs.

Still trying to decide when to buy a ticket from Los Angeles to Tokyo and dates to go. I plan to go 12-14 days and thinking leaving on a midweek Tu-Wed departure. I heard usually the best times to get a ticket is 6 months out? This will be my first trip out of North America.

This may not be the right place to ask, so if there’s a better thread for this, please redirect me, but do any of you guys who frequently attend Celebrations and other conventions have advice on where the best place is online to find official 11×14” blank photos for autographs?

Fine question to ask, but I can't help you with any good answer.

San Diego Comic Con cancelling open registration an hour into it due to system errors is not a good look.

I saw a post about transfering tickets that you have bought to others, say if you have bought three tickets you can transfer two of them to the persons that are going to use them, so that they can order merch and other stuff, but now I can't find that info and I can't see anything on site.

I would be disappointed if there wasn't a premiere there.
