Oceania Star Wars collecting

Hi peeps.

I know Daniel collects a bit, I thought there might be others around lurking.

What I'd bought lately - images aren't of the actual one I bought just examples off the internet.

Die-Cast Cloud Car - got a mint one yesterday for $200 which I thought was a pretty good deal.



Lando (with teeth) mint on card. $150, and an AFA graded 85 Lando Skiff Guard (you don't want to know how expensive this was LOL!)



Lando Bendem mint in box $10



Power of the Force Lando (got two variants for $15 each) both mint on card.



Admiral Ackbar - unpunched MOC but the bubble is yellowed only paid $75.



Obviously I'm a bit of a Lando nut so if anyone is selling any Lando stuff let me know.

Really looking for a nice Lobot and Nien Numb now too.

 

Those are quite nice. Did you get a chance to get the Lando that Sideshow produced a few years ago when they were doing the Heroes of the Rebellion line? That did look nice when I saw it at HobbyCo a few years back.

My collection at the moment… I did get the Hot Toy's Rey + BB-8 which is gorgeous. Here is a breakdown video that Sideshow had put together:


I am planning on getting the Artoo they just announced and Threepio when they get around it. Not sure who else to get…
I also collect the X-Wing Miniatures ships that Fantasy Flight Games are producing. Haven't played it but the models are great to have on display and I love the art they had produced for the cards.

 

I love the Sideshow Hot Toys stuff but I have a real love for the vintage stuff and kooky newer stuff

 

Those last two figures you got were at great prices

I collect a bit but only certain things. I'm more of an on card action figure collector. I also collect Jurassic Park but loose. Unfortunately I'm running out of space

 

Picked up this yesterday for $40.

 

Any idea what they are made of?

Is it just me or does the Lando on the collectors card look sort of embarrassed to know Bendem Lando? LOL!

 

Got this 12" Lando at the Hurstville Collectors Fair, $50 which is a bit expensive but avoiding shipping etc and considering it's mint I think it's okay.



And one more Lando...this one was only $15.

 

Latest Lando purchase...hard to find these Black Series!

 

I still haven't seen a Black Series Ahsoka yet… Not that I have been going out of my way to find one, I just keep an eye out incase one crosses my path.

Still waiting for them to do a high end figure from either Sideshow or Hot Toys. I do have a Sideshow General Skywalker and also Gentle Giants maquette of Ahsok based off the TCW film version.

 

I can recommend 'Australian Star Wars Trading Post' group on Facebook, people are always selling Black Series on there.

 

Got this recently, only downside is the bubble is yellowed and has tiny crack in it.

 

I've been bitten in the past few years by the collecting bug, I have an obvious Lando focus but now I'm branching out to ROTJ carded figures.

 

I've had the collecting bug in the past, and it's worn off for a few years, but I've recently got into hunting for the Rebels Pop Vinyls, and I have a modest collection of Star Wars themed Lego floating around - some bought new, some reconstructed from bulk purchases of assorted Lego.
