Comics Star Wars: Crimson Reign

With recent comments of Boba fett's revenge list i have feeling that involves Qira. And maybe Ren is her ally post ROTJ.

 

Any War of the Bounty Hunters content in The Book of Boba Fett would boost sales significantly.

The Corvus would make sense as the ship for Rangers of the New Republic.

 

Im thinking Qira cameo tease for season 1 of book of boba as this big bad crime boss lady who is involved in the story moving forward. Inferno Squad as guest characters in rangers.

 

Does anyone think "Crimson Reign" is a better title for the main War of the Bounty Hunters miniseries going on now? I mean, there really hasn't been much war of the bounty hunters-ing going on, it really is mainly about Qi'Ra bringing back Crimson Dawn in a big bad way by auctioning off Han. Although, yes, the title itself would have been a huge spoiler.

 

I think this series would've been better as a multi-media project like Shadows of the Empire, rather than just another Marvel comic book.

 

While everyone cheers Qi'ra, I still find the title "war of the bounty hunters" very lame as it so far in no way is anything close to what that title suggests and the bounty hunter parts of the story were so lame and they even got some of the hunters characterisations totally wrong. Still Qi'ra rocks and I still wait for a cameo by Kud'ar Mub'at and other K.W.Jeter references!!!

 

I’ll confess I’m also a little...not annoyed exactly, but disappointed that a lot of this stuff is relegated purely to comics. A companion novel would go a long way.

 

I'm hopeful for a post-Endor Qi'ra novel. Or she could get an audiodrama, unless they continue on the trajectory of increasingly minor characters.

 

Or they wanna save Qi'Ra for the Disney + stuff one day for Post Endor material.

 

I think Emilia Clarke would probably be down for an audiodrama.

Though, realistically I think Soule and his planned comics trilogy will probably dominate the conversation for a while.

 

Clarke co-writing the third part of that trilogy is a very real possibility.

I don't see a significant difference between material set right up until Endor and material set in the first few weeks after Endor.

Until recently it was widely assumed that Qi'ra wouldn't be touched on at all until Emilia Clarke played her again.

 

Has she doe much writing? I only know her as an actress.

But I hope she does play her agin.

 

To my knowledge, she's only co-written the comic mini-series Mother of Madness so far. I don't know much about her involvement, nor have I read it, but just having her name on the cover would attract more attention.

 

I wonder if we'll see any of the criminals introduced in Clone Wars, Resistance, Free Fall, and Bloodline.

 

But that means other companies get money too and Marvel wants all of yours.

Apparently Ochi will be in this also.

 

I would love to know just how popular Ochi is. I've seen a lot of love for him, yet I still cannot imagine him getting a series of his own. Admittedly, I am waiting to catch up on most of the comics, so I haven't read anything featuring him yet.

 

I think a one-shot where every panel has Ochi getting punched in the face would sell well.

 

He kicks in a door THEN gets punched in the face.

He reminds me of Starscream (to Vaders Megatron).

 

Do like that it's not just me who associates Ochi with Starscream

 

Ochi the Jedi killer is like some kinda bad joke bestowed upon by Darth Imbecilus.
