Hell yes! Will you be playing anywhere near Salisbury, or will I have to hitch a lift up to London? :p

Nice music, maybe cool to have this played at a con at some point.
Unfortunately we can't link to it from here because of some of the content on the page.

Cool. thanks. Yes, we'd love to perform it at a con - t'would be awesome.

Sorry to contravene the rules, not sure how though - can you elaborate so I know for future reference?

    Ta.

On the comments section of it there are a few "f-bombs". This site's run by Americans, and of course, if they see an f-bomb, they may be forced to pull a "think of the children!" line and ban all of us :p

And dude, you should try and play at CE. Now that would be awesome :p

Ah, I thought it was something like that. I don't know why people are so potty mouthed when it comes to appreciating something they like [face_worried] And playing CE is most definitely on our agenda - it would be a dream come true actually.

    Haha, sweet.

Quick question (Can't figure out if you're the vocalist or not) :p But dude, the vocals rule. I can't for the life of me get my growls to be both that low or that clear. I actually thought mine were good :p How's it managed? It's like Akerfeldt :p

Thanks man. Actually I'm one of the guitarists ;)

Actually Ackerfeldt is my favourite growler, for the very reasons you said. I auditioned quite a few vocalists for the band, with Mike's voice in mind. Jeff contacted me and sent me some mp3's and I koew he was the guy straight away - he's awesome. What you hear on the recording is just the way it comes out of his mouth - no pitch shifting / distortion. I wish I knew how he does it - he doesn't seem to have any problems with a sore throat or anything, so it's definitely a technique thing.

Yeah, I guessed you were a guitarist from your screenname, but guitarists do double up as vocalists sometimes :p Hell, though, the playing is really tight. My band suffers from the fact that I play everything, so I can't keep time ( :p ), but you guys... the guitar and drumwork is just extraordinary. And those 8 strings pwn, I've not even tried a 7string :p

As for lack of sore throat, now I'm really envious. I need to take strepsils and a few litres of water with me whenever I go to the studio :p If I see you guys at CE I'll probably bombard him with technique questions or something :p

Actually, I added you guys about 5 months back under the silly project of Chewie and the Baccas (checked for F-Bombs, no worries) and yes you're right, the new stuff is superb
