    GM Commentary

The Finale of Episode IV: Twilight of the Force II: A Fathers Choice will take place on the May 4th 2021.

There will be one TAG for one player on that date and then the game will be locked after their response goes up.

Between-Game Combo will begin thereafter, which I will PM you each about, which will be one each. These will be set at various points in the time-gap between the end of II and beginning of III, which will cover fifteen years.

On 1st June 2021, I shall put up the third and final episode of the Twilight of the Force Trilogy, for which I cannot be more grateful to each of you for joining and continuing to date. Sheets will be put up thereafter (I shall provide the format for the sheets of course beforehand).

On 8th June 2021 the game shall begin.

May the Force be with you, my friends.

    The Setting

    Vice-Chancellor Amedda?

Chancellor Palpatine has been killed by Masters Windu and Skywalker. Execute Order 66.

    Yes, my Lord.

    The Era

Episode IV: Twilight of the Force: A Fathers Choice

    https://boards.theforce.net/threads...-a-father’s-legacy-game-is-now-over.50050594/

To describe these events and do them justice would be impossible.

    So much happened.

    So much was lost.

    So much was saved.

Star Wars: Episode V: Twilight of the Force II: A Father's Fate

    https://boards.theforce.net/threads...ght-of-the-force-ii-a-father’s-fate.50052376/

What happened fourteen years after Twilight of the Force I, and fifteen years before Twilight of the Force III...

It could be said that all the good done before had been undone.

It could be said that the true strength of the galaxy had forced a stalemate, rather than a defeat.

It could be said that they had doomed themselves in the face of what is to come.

    It could be.

The Rules; some old, some new

    1. Submit a sheet to the GM for approval before you post it here. Please also post it in the Resource Thread.
    2. Arb Sknynex, the Black-Coat and Ike are off-limits, but fifteen year old Ben Solo is available.
    3. The Timeline is based on ATA - After the Treaty of Alderaan, which is the equivalent to 0 ABY. We are in 29 ATA, or, if this were the ordinary timeline, 29 ABY.
    4. Combo posts with another player must be approved by the GM before, with them copied in
    5. Using the Force will result in fatigue; if you are not realistic in your use of it, the GM will have to impose consequences.
    6. Play nice, be civil, etc etc.
    7. Have fun! (The most important rule)

    New Rules

    8. All surviving players from Star Wars: Episode V: Twilight of the Force II: A Father's Fate have an automatic space in the sequel. A sheet will be required, and an approval bequeathed.
    9. Each returning player will have a single combo for the past 15 years since Episode V, to fill out events between the two time periods. These will take place to the beginning of the game, or, indeed, have already been done(!)
    10. Any player from the prior game that reached the finale will be allowed a third player character. This will need to be approved in the same way as normal.[/B]

So we have a lovely walk down the aisle by Han Solo and Feyna Organa, thanking you, @JediMasterAnne and @Jerjerrod-Lennox...

Followed by a tragic ending for Qwi Xux and Beaumont Kin, and a gruesome death for Orielle, I am sad to say. High Lord Taalon is, for all intents and purposes, a very bad Keshiri.

I wonder how Nola is going to survive the end?

I am so looking forward to the finale posts for everyone else! The combos are going strong, I am having so much fun.

    @HanSolo29, @darthbernael, @darthhelinith, @TheSilentInfluence, @galactic-vagabond422 - I’m rocking in my seat for the FINALE post, trust me; it’s a THING.

The Finale of Twilight of the Force II

    IT IS OVER!

Your personal combo starters will be PM’d to you today. Please keep in mind that these are very much negotiable, and if you want to hit certain character points please let me know as your input is 2/3 of the fun for me. If you loath your opener, let me know.

Special mentions for @TheSilentInfluence who never had a combo between I and II for Madelyn so I will be offering Madelyn two combos for [t]reasons.

But otherwise - thank you SO MUCH. I shall be opening an OOC thread to keep things decluttered from here, which will be full of sheets and things soon enough.

    @darthbernael, @galactic-vagabond422, @JediMasterAnne, @Jerjerrod-Lennox, @HanSolo29, @TheSilentInfluence, @darthhelinith

And special mentions to the man of the hour...

    @BobaMatt!

    Name: Barriss Offee

    Age: 67

    Homeworld: Coruscant

Personal Equipment: Credits, basic supplies, stun blaster

Personal Starship: Ghtroc 690 light freighter

    Faction: Independent

The Force: Yes - Previously Knight

Bio: Forty-eight years ago. It was a different time then and in the case of Barriss, it was a different life. Once she had been a Padawan to Jedi Master Luminara Unduli and would have made a fine Jedi Knight if it wasn’t for the Clone Wars. When they broke out, Barriss was only a teenager. One that never imagined she would be fighting on the frontlines and helping to lead armies in a galactic war. Tragically, that was the case. Previously she had been considered a seemingly ideal example of a Jedi Padawan. But over the course of the Clone Wars, Barriss became disillusioned with the Jedi Order and flirted with the dark side. Not helped by her trauma after engagements like the Battle of Drongar, her struggles with attachments, and her lack of emotional support as she began to feel lonely and isolated while the Clone Wars dragged on. Eventually, she couldn’t bottle up her feelings anymore and she did something that she would later regret. Barriss orchestrated the bombing of the Jedi Temple, meant as an act to foment further distrust of the Jedi. And to cover her tracks, Barriss was willing to kill her co-conspirators and even frame her best friend. Despite this, her role behind the bombing was eventually revealed and the fallen Jedi was brought to justice.

She would have rotted away in a Republic prison, but then Barriss was offered what she expected least of all… forgiveness. It was her old master that had made the case that Barriss could be redeemed and so Barriss was eventually given parole. This was why Barriss was on Felucia when Order 66 had been executed. And Barriss herself was believed to have been one of its victims when the clones turned… but that was not where her story ended. Barriss in fact survived Order 66, faking her death and going into hiding. However, her master Luminara Unduli had not been so lucky and Barriss had felt it when she was killed on Kashyyyk. The woman who she saw as a mother and who had refused to give up on her was dead. Thus as a result of her experiences with the Clone Wars, the dark side, and now Order 66… Barriss broke. Because of her trauma and a belief that she had failed as a Jedi, she swore off all ties to the Jedi and even cut herself off from the Force in an attempt to distance herself from her previous life. She didn’t even consider reaching out to any other survivors of Order 66 since she didn’t think she would be any good to them or the galaxy. Let them think that Barriss Offee was dead. She adopted the alias Yassu Sale, though eventually, she would start using her first name again.

Barriss wandered the galaxy, trying to figure out who she was if she wasn’t a Jedi. She eventually settled on Nadiem, a planet in the Outer Rim that she had been to during the early months of the Clone Wars. Despite its lack of strategic value, the Separatists had attacked the planet mainly because the Republic had chosen to defend it. Civilian casualties were heavy and the survivors, along with the planet itself, were forgotten about afterward. They were still recovering from that battle when Barriss found her way to Nadiem. She joined a small farming colony and helped them to rebuild, meeting a human woman named Zara in the process. Since she was no longer bound by the Jedi Order’s discouragement of attachments, Barriss was able to fall in love. She eventually told this woman of her past, who accepted it and her. They married and adopted a daughter that Barriss named after her mother figure. Now Barriss is a grandmother, living in peace with her family on a backwater world that has been ignored by the rest of the galaxy since the Clone Wars. And Barriss, currently a pacifist who stays out of conflict, is actually happy. She has found purpose as part of a farming community. But it’s unlikely that the Force is through with her yet…

    Faction:
    Eternal Empire
    The Force: Yes (Knight)
    Bio:
Born on a world nestled within the Eternal Empire, Tobias came from humble origins. When he was just thirteen both his parents were killed by two Jedi, he never understood why, it was this singular event that sparked his deep-seated hatred of the Jedi. Little did he know the truth of why, his parents had both been Dark Jedi, who had left and fled the order, their vows broken as they took new ones to each other. They had been hunted for years and in time their fate caught up with them.

It would only be three years later when he would learn the news of Nubia’s destruction, the act of such power a dazzlement to comprehend. There are two facets to Tobias Vox, his hatred of the Jedi and his desire for power. When the call went out that the Knights of Nevet were looking to expand he jumped on the opportunity, eager to prove himself.

Over the next fifteen years, he rose through the ranks, demonstrating his shrewd mind coupled with his prowess in combat it would not be long until he was leading the Knights himself. Under his leadership he sought to expand the Knights further, the teachings of Emperor Bernael emboldening him and the Knights only to greater heights.

In time he would be granted the title ‘Nevet’s Eye’, his mind always looking forward as he, like the rest of the galaxy, prepared for the Yuuzhan Vong.

Age and Appearance: Unspecified/Yoda species Greyish skin, red eyes, robes, cane
    Homeworld: Unknown to the galaxy
Personal Effects: Greater Krayt Dragon Bone cane, various cloaks, a pack filled with various supplies he’d need when on any world, including various types of grenades and knives, astromech
Personal Weapon: Curved hilted, deep red (almost black) lightsaber, cane
Ship: DeTA Interceptor, a hybrid created by himself as ship parts have worn out over the decades and he upgraded and conserved the core of his original craft.

    Faction: None (Civilian…)
    Force Sensitivity: Yes, Master

Personality: Sarcastic, filled with humor often at others expense, deeply knowledgeable, but closed off to many who are not involved with his journey.

    Bio:

Xundel began life as many of his kind did, becoming a Jedi, at a young age. He excelled in his studies and eventually found himself as a Knight. At this time, his travels throughout the Known Galaxy took him to many worlds, assisting and guiding as a Knight would.

However, things began to take a turn when he first visited the swampy world of Dagobah. Finding himself unconsciously drawn to the dark side nexus on the world he spent many days, weeks, in the nexus, learning many things that changed his outlook on life.

Once he returned to the Temple on Coruscant, he met with the Masters and, with their blessing, changed from his peacekeeper role to that of a scholar. Spending many years in the Archives, he delved deep into the history of the galaxy, studying not just what was known of light and dark nexuses in the Known Galaxy but those that had been mapped in the Unknown Regions. Eventually he reached a point where he had enough evidence, he thought, to take to the Masters to allow him to take a ship and begin a more comprehensive mapping of such sources of light and dark energy in the UR.

Given his previously stellar record and the information he’d managed to collate in the Archives about such during his studies, he was granted permission to do so and given a hyper capable ETA-2. Filling the minimal holds with what he thought he would need, he took his leave of the Known Galaxy and entered the UR. Knowledge of him, beside the records of his tenure as a Jedi, were lost, and even those corrupted during the years of the Clone Wars and the subsequent fall of the Jedi and Republic.

He lost track of the years he spent out beyond the known regions, only that enough time passed that he had to make repair after repair to his ship, often having to make major renovations when certain parts wore out, until his ship was a hybrid of three different craft, unique but fully functional. In that time he’d mapped many of the dark nexuses, the light as well as they were often on the same world.

He learned much in his time there, picked up skills he’d never considered as a Jedi and knew that he was forever” in the dark”, by choice. What most didn’t know was that there were things out in the ‘void’ that choose their own ‘champions’ as it were. And he was chosen, hiding what it was that chose him, but continuing his mission, regardless of the greater conflict. Which will, of course, bring him into that fight, as none can stand apart when the galaxy is threatened.

    BIO.

Born on Deyer and taken to the spice mines of Kessel by the Empire l at age 9 when his parents were accused of treason, he witnessed them murdered in front of him. His brother was taken to stormtrooper training.

Escaping Kessel with the help of ‘Freedom fighters’ who came to find their family members. There he met a young 16-year-old Adalia who was bitter and angry and searching her own parents. A conversation confirmed he knew they were dead along with his own parents.

    upload_2021-5-6_17-33-34.png

    17-year-old Kyp.

They bonded over the knowledge they both had a gift, but she was adamant she’d never use it as her father had told her to hide it, if the Empire ever discovered her and her abilities, they’d destroy her. So, she refused to use it. Despite the obvious attraction, they parted ways when he went to Coruscant in search of Luke Skywalker to train him.

He joined the Jedi Academy and trained with Luke who saw a touch of darkness in him due to his past but with work was able to overcome the anger and pain of losing his parents, but was told there was a strong possibility his brother Zeth was still alive. He’s not searched for him as his work with the Jedi has kept him more than occupied.

When Abeloth made her move to take over the galaxy, Kyp was caught in the battle, he was severely injured and stayed on Yavin 4 so he could heal and recover till after been defeated.

While there a transport was forced to land on the moon and he was more than surprised to find the craft belonged to the young girl he’d met nearly 14 years earlier, Adalia. She was a freighter transport captain and had supplies she was supposed to deliver but her ship had failed. She saw how hurt he was and helped him heal, they reconnected and as adults it was easier. He had physical scars but they are mostly hidden by his clothes. Large one across his back, around his right arm and right thigh.

He was granted the role of Jedi Master and around 3 years later he was elevated to the Jedi Council and despite pushing his new lover still resisted her calling. She had a lightsaber that belonged to her grandmother and he was able to teach her basics as he felt one day she’d relent and they’d be a formidable team. He felt she was meant to be with him.

172 cm tall, firm and athletic with a distinctive female figure of rounded hips and bust. She has overly long red hair that she often wears in a braid down the back of her head,

    Clothing

Fitted and stretch, long boots with a small heel. She is often found in green and purple as they are favourite colours, usually co-ordinated with black.

    Strengths and Abilities.

She has a strong affinity with the Force, but has chosen not become a Jedi. She uses it to influence those she deals with in her transport business and is very good at doing that. She has the ability to Force push as well.

    Weapons

Purple bladed lightsaber hidden on her ship and carries a blaster and vibroblade.

    Personality

She is strong willed, determined and has a sarcastic sense of humour. She torments those she cares about and it is often taken the wrong way by others. She has a softer side few get to see and she is very passionate with her lover. She has a temper and is considered firery.

    BIO

Raised on Akrian by what seemed to regular parents, she was horrified to find that her parents were not only Rebels, but her father Force sensitive. The family was arrested and after a short and unfair trail her parents were sent to Kessel and she was left alone home at the age of 14. The war ended only weeks later and she had no idea where her parents were.

She sold all her parents’ possessions and went in search of them at age 16. She found a group of Freedom fighters who were in search of family members and when she found they were going to Kessel, she paid passage and went to find her parents. That’s when she met a young man who was liberated from Kessel who told her after a discussion that her parents were dead.

    upload_2021-5-6_17-34-32.png

    16-year-old Adalia

She was very attracted to the young man and learned that he was also gifted with an affinity to the Force. He told her he was going to Coruscant to find the Jedi to train him and urged her to join him. She refused and despite their mutual attraction, she left him on Coruscant knowing she had to make a life for herself.

She bought a small freighter and went into transport, enjoying the freedom and learning that her hidden abilities were more than beneficial in her line of work. She kept her grandmother’s lightsaber when she left home, knowing where her father had kept it hidden and it was now hidden on her ship.

She was passing the gas giant Yavin when a solar flare had an adverse effect on her ship, causing her to find somewhere to put down and execute repairs. She landed on the old Rebel base on Yavin 4. She immediately sensed someone was there, they were weak and she went in search only to find the boy from her teens, severely injured and in need of care. She didn’t hesitate to take the job of helping him heal and in that time fell deeply in love, a feeling she’d never had before. He was a Jedi now but she still refused to join him but did accept some basic training with her lightsaber.

She continued her career as a transport freighter captain but moved her base to where ever he was based, refusing to commit to him but staying very close as she felt deeply that he completed her.

"Fortune can change on a dime, Tobbi; just look at me. I had two of the luckiest days in my life that turned me from a slave into one of the most powerful men in the Galaxy. So be mindful of your surroundings and always look for opportunities." -Devron, the Airskipper family patriarch.

Age: 50. (When you're rich and famous like him you spend a fortune to maintain your appearance [face_laugh])
Homeworld: Resides in Cato Nemoidia originally born on Nar Shaddaa
Personal equipment: A holdout blaster attached to a shoulder holster and concealed within his jacket; a Vibro-knife sheathed to the inside of his boot; personal datapad and wrist comlink; usually dresses in a smart suit.
    Personal ship:

    Faction: N̶e̶w̶ ̶R̶e̶p̶u̶b̶l̶i̶c̶:̶ ̶S̶e̶n̶a̶t̶e (Eternal Empire)
    The Force: No
    Bio:

Conflict was all Devron ever knew; war, death, exploitation, and manipulation were all things that had become normal for Devron growing up. In fact, Devron had grown up a slave on Nar Shaddaa by the resident Draper mob family, a group made rich by their constant heists on galactic banks and liquidating the profit, becoming a criminal empire that could rival the Hutts; it's why they set up operations on Nar Shaddaa, to challenge them.

Eventually, at the age of 18, Devron was noticed by his owners after being a last-minute selection for a heist as a Gunman after every other Gunman members before him either backed out or died before the job. The Boss of the Draper family, Donald Draper the IV, took a chance on Lil' Devron and inducted him into the family as a soldier.

    (Donald Draper the 4th)

This was a mistake on Draper's part. Would a former slave really continue to serve someone who knowingly put them through humiliation and ire? Maybe Donald did this before with other slaves, and they happily served him for the rest of their days. But Devron isn't another slave; he's a man who wants everything. So Devron spent years shadowing Don, studying him, reading his files, and gaining allies within. Waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike as he ascended the ranks of the mob, and it came.

~The destruction and devastation of Alderaan, Coruscant, and Naboo.~

If there were a god out there, then Devron would thank them now. Because this event caused by the conflict between the Dark Man, Mas Amedda, Darth Wyyrlok - the secret apprentice of Darth’s Tenebrous, Plagueis, and Sidious - and the rest of the galaxy provided Devron with an opportunity, that he couldn't afford to pass up.

Why are these events so relevant? Because by some miracle, that's where the majority of the Draper family's military might came from. With the Draper family severely weakened by outside events that they had no control over, Devron was in a prime position to revolt against his former boss and master.

After a year, Devron had killed Donald Draper the 4th and usurped his assets and began building his own empire from the ground up. And within two years, the Airskipper family would set up operations in Cato Nemoidia, Deko Nemoidia, Koru Nemoidia, and has forged a strong alliance with Muunilinst, planets that are so rich that they are nearly untouchable in whatever galactic affairs transpire.

    During his 24 years of dominance within this sector, Devron knew that he needed an heir to his empire, someone strong like Darth Zorn, someone who could protect the family name from all sides of the galaxy, Jedi, Sith, Hutts, and Mandalorians. Devron wanted all of them to be no match for his progeny. So Devron found and seduced several force-sensitive women to find the right heir;

    1. Joshu never developed the aptitude to practice his force powers.
    2. Devron also wanted an heir that at least found the opposite sex attractive so they could continue the dynasty.

With that all in mind, Devron casted Joshu out of the family. However, much to everyone's surprise, Joshu carved out a nice living as an information broker for the Underworld's dealings. Joshu acts like he's moved on, but he's definitely up to something.

    Nadia Airskipper
    [IMG]

    Age: 22

    Faction: Civilian (Airskipper family Underboss)

The Force: No much to her and her father's disappointment

Bio: Nadia, like Joshu, was almost the heir to the family; she's self-motivating, ambitious, and, most importantly, always has the family's best interest in mind. After finding out that Nadia had no potential in the force, Devron was devastated, almost afraid that he would never find a strong heir until he did.

Nadia has continued to show loyalty to her father, even after falling out of favor. In return, Devron has promoted her to underboss. However, one has to wonder if she's really this loyal to Devron after everything that transpired. Devron wonders too.

    Tobbiramas "Tobbi" Airskipper
    [IMG]
    Age:18

    Faction: Eternal Empire

The Force: Yes (Padawan, but with Senior Master potential)

Bio: Devron's pride and Joy! After the huge disappointments that came before Devron was about ready to give up. That was until the spoiled brat of the family demonstrated his potential in front of everyone at the age of 10, saving his favorite servant Wesker from a 2- ton boulder with very noticeable strain as Tobbiramas passed out afterward.

    Wesker Arlig (Tobbiramas' favorite servant)
After that, Devron spent all of his time teaching Tobbiramas everything he knew. Tobbiramas may have been spoiled and impulsive, but he always loved learning, something Devron admired about him and, by this point, started affectionately calling him Tobbi. Eventually, the other siblings began to resent Tobbi, creating a chasm between them, but Tobbi knew they were just jealous because they were failures while he was destined for greatness.

Soon Devron came into contact with the Eternal Empire, who helped the mob boss achieve his lifelong ambition of gaining political power via winning a seat on the New Republic Senate for the Neimodian Sector. In return, the Eternal empire wanted Devron to act as a double agent and wanted his son to be conscripted.

Devron saw this as a Win-Win; not only will he gain more influence for the family, but it'll also allow Tobbi to exercise and train his powers to a greater extent than Devron ever could.

    Age: 62
    Homeworld: Alderaan
Personal equipment: Civilian clothes, personal datapad and comlink, concealed vibroblade
Personal ship: The Easy Spacer, a SoroSuub Personal Luxury Yacht; he is also a collector of vintage starfighters, with an Incom T-65 X-Wing and a Z-95 Headhunter being notable highlights of his growing obsession
    Faction: Civilian
    The Force: No
Bio: Praxon is a famous holofilm actor known for his high critical acclaim, including the GCA’s (Galactic Critics Association) prestigious best actor Star Burst for his role as Reht Murra in the holodrama Kallea’s Hope, in which he portrayed a troubled father struggling to cope with his daughter’s drug addiction.

However, he was not always known for the serious arthouse films that often attracted the attention of the GCA elite. At the onset of his career, he had the opportunity to portray Han Solo in Han Solo and the Pirates of Kessel due to his uncanny resemblance to the reluctant hero. The film became both a commercial and critical success, and he reprised the role in all subsequent films that followed the adventures of the Corellian smuggler throughout the duration of the Galactic Civil War. It was a daunting task, but one that instantly shot him to stardom.

In the years since his success with Kallea’s Hope—a role that many considered a welcomed breath of fresh air from the action films that made him famous—Praxon has transitioned himself into pursuing more dramatic and age-appropriate roles. Nevertheless, he still has a heart for action and adventure.

While very little is known about his background and private life—aside from having a wife and two daughters—he has most notably dedicated himself to humanitarian work when he is not busy on a film set. With the ongoing war, it is not unusual for him to turn up on ravaged planets to offer assistance to the people. He is heavily involved in the relief efforts to help displaced Alderaanians with their basic needs, a cause that he holds dear to his heart after the destruction of his homeworld.

    Age: 58

    Homeworld: Coruscant

Personal equipment: Blaster pistol holstered at his side, twin batons

Personal ship: Imperial Star Destroyer: Roadblock

Faction: Empire of the Hand (Admiral)

    The Force: No

    Bio:

Born on Coruscant to a military family, young Lennox like most young boys looked to the stars for adventure and the beauty of space itself. His parents served in the Republic Navy and continued to serve when it transitioned into the Galactic Empire. Being ten at the time, his aspiration was to one day command a starship and to bring order in a galaxy full of chaos. At the urging of his parents, and under their guidance, he studied hard for the Imperial Academy and joined it’s ranks when he was 18.

At the Academy life was tough, and brutal, studying, classes and physical training, not just in weapons, but also combat and basic piloting skills. His main focus was in the Navy where he joined the command track. His hobby, when not in class, was to study tactics of the past and present, keeping himself up to date as it were on the tools and techniques of battle to keep his mind sharp for when eventually he would command a starship. He impressed his instructors with his skills, not only just in tactics but weapons proficiency as well. He passed with honours and joined the Imperial Navy as an Ensign.

He served throughout the Galactic Civil War throughout several battles and campaigns using his knowledge of tactics to help his commanding officers which impressined them. These skills eventually saw him promoted to Lieutenant aboard the Star Destroyer Roadblock.

After the first Galactic Civil War ended the Roadblock's Captain decided to retire after the Galactic Empire disbanded and Jerod was promoted to Captain and the Empire became the Imperial Remnant. Disillusioned with what the Empire had become through Darth Wyyyrlok, Tarkin and Krennic, Jerod was lost in this new era of detente.

Jerod’s knowledge of tactics had not gone unnoticed however. The mysterious Chiss Grand Admiral Thrawn contacted Jerod to enquire about Captain and that he had piqued his interest. Excited at the chance to impress a Grand Admiral, Jerod accepted the Chiss’s offer to visit him on Nirauan. There, the Grand Admiral introduced him to the Empire of the Hand, his group of Imperials brought together to stave off threats to the galaxy not just from the Unknown Regions, but also extra-galactic invaders. It’s mission was also to explore and pacify the Unknown Regions.

Jerod agreed to join seeing that this Empire of the Hand was a better alternative and was also a chance to further his career and to perhaps bring order to the chaos of the Unknown Regions. His crew and Roadblock joined the Chiss's ever growing fleet.

Over the years he helped Thrawn battle the Terrors of the Unknown Regions with the Grand Admiral taking him under his wing improving Jerod's tactical skills even further. Jerod impressed him so much Thrawn then promoted him to Admiral and gave him command of his own Imperial fleet.

As the Grand Admiral moved out into the known galaxy Jerod was kept back on Niaruan as his ace in the hole. To only be brought out if things turned dire. However he was not needed and was used more as a backstop should Zorn's forces come knocking.

As the Eternal Empire grew Jerod was kept busy with border skirmishes keeping him and his crew on his toes. TheGrand Admiral's focus was on Starkiller, Jerod's was on making sure the fleets were ready for war.

    The Great War.

Now Jerod prepares to return to the galaxy in order to bring forth the forces of the Empire of the Hand to battle this new evil….

    Name: Qwi Xux
    Photo:

    Age: 40
    Homeworld: Omwat
    Personal equipment: None at present
Personal ship: None (was Firenze, Pascale Rouser's Baudo class yacht, destroyed)
Faction: Independent: former Science lecturer and graduate, Nouane City University, former girlfriend of Pascale Rouser (deceased), now Beaumont Kin, Grand Lady of the New Tribe of Kesh
The Force: Yes (shares a bond with Beaumont)

Bio: Being an Omwati, Qwi Xux was always destined for greatness.

Omwati were known for their aptitude in science, engineering, art and music and with the proper training could retain more data than most species. Qwi was born in a world where resources were used sparingly in order to enhance the Omwati's knowledge of their species. Qwi decided at a young age that she wanted to focus on the science and engineering aspects and even in a girl so young she excelled in physics, mathematics and engineering. But then the Empire arrived…

At the age of ten Qwi and nine others were taken from their villages and brought onto a space station on the orders of one Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin. There she was subjected to rigorous education, mental testing and mental challenges. If any of them failed they would be executed and watch as their village was razed to the ground. This drove Qwi into making sure that she completed the tests to the highest standard and to drive her to complete problems. She greatly feared failure because she knew what would happen. Qwi was the only one to survive out of the ten who arrived.

What she never knew was that her experiments and research would help in building the ultimate weapon for Tarkin: the Death Star and the research was also used to create the Separatists Ultimate Weapon. She always believed that it was all being used for innocent purposes and she would never be told the truth.

After the torturous trials were over she returned home but she was always thirsty for more knowledge, more problems to be solved. She excelled in school and higher education and set her sights next on university. After all that happened on the space station orbiting her home world she craved success and perhaps one day to work with the Empire.

Nouane City University came highly recommended, it was a neutral world but the planet was known for its high education standards, and was considered one of the greatest knowledge hotspots in the galaxy. She was accepted and started her studies in her late teenage years.

Qwi aced her studies and was always considered to be the most intelligent and hard working in the class. She graduated with honours and she set her sights on teaching, bringing something back to the university that made her feel at home. And she never revealed her suspicions about her earlier research to anyone, but she wanted to atone for what she felt she had done in the past. During this time the Empire fell and was replaced by the New Republic. Qwi secretly had sympathized with the Empire because of her childhood, but she felt unsettled in a galaxy that was bouncing back from war.

It was there that she met the man who would become her partner, Doctor Pascale Rouser, archaeologist and war criminal. She had not been looking for love but that fateful day in the library she couldn't even dream of what would happen next. Eventually they started going out and instead of concentrating on planning on her lessons she was more interested in dates and romantic trysts.

He listened to her talk about science and engineering, she listened to his adventures. And she fell in love with this man who was nearly double her age, but was willing to listen, help out if he could and loved her like she was special. And she reciprocated his feelings, feeling as safe as she could ever be.

Eventually over time Qwi moved in with him, and she was happy and content. Pascale made sure that she did not worry after anything, money, books, anything she wanted. Through the years she continued teaching whilst Pascale took odd jobs in and around the Nouane system. She missed him greatly during these trips and she worried that one day he would end up getting himself hurt. But he always returned and it was always worth the wait.

Her partner however was getting restless and wanting to return to the galaxy at large, she was quite happy and settled on the quiet world of Nouane but she knew if you wanted to get success you have to get yourself out there. And perhaps she could be employed by some of the greatest scientific minds in the galaxy.

Pascale had been honest from the beginning and told her he had been branded a war criminal and what he had been through during the war. However she had not revealed her childhood and what had happened there. Nor had she told him her suspicion: that her research had helped build both superweapons and that Alderaan had been destroyed because of it.

This secret haunted her for years to come. And their happy and contented life was shattered by the arrival of Jyn Erso. She told Pascale her secrets, and agreed to go with Jyn to Coruscant to face charges over what she had done. Qwi held on to hope that Pascale would come for her.

On arrival at Coruscant Jyn's craft was attacked by alien looking fighters and Qwi was attacked herself by a blue skinned warrior. After sharing her information she had from her Imperial service with Chancellor Organa she agreed to go to prison for her crimes.

It seemed Grand Admiral Thrawn had returned and had set his sights on capturing her.

In prison she met bounty hunter Aurra Sing. But Thrawn had sent his soldiers to capture her but she was rescued by Arb and Beaumont Kin who it turned out were traveling with Pascale. But she soon learned the truth that her lover was dead.

From there she was sent to Home One which was situated at Anaxes. And she learnt that an extraterrestrial race called the Yuuzhan Vong were about to invade the galaxy. She was then sent on a mission into the Maw on an investigative mission with the Jedi.

With Beaumont travelling with her they split off from the Jedi and found a prototype Death Star. There they would set up a base to investigate the Yuuzhan Vong. But instead they were attacked by a droid, Beaumont confessed afterwards that he cared for Qwi.

After finding out that Gallius Rax was the man they had found in the Maw and that he wanted to continue Palpatine's Empire the prototype jumped to Coruscant. There Qwi thwarted an attempt by Rax to blow the planet up and discovered she now had an Echo of Pascale inside her.

She confessed to Beaumont she cared for him too after nearly dying from using the Echo to stop Rax. She and Beaumont agreed to step away from galactic affairs and headed to Ajan Kloss.

There they encountered the Daughter who laid out what could happen to the galaxy unless Qwi had her memory wiped. Qwi refused. It was there also that a Force bond began to evolve between her and Beaumont thanks to Pascale's Echo.

After leaving for Annaj they arrived at Ast Kiorie, they had decided to search for the Alsakan Tessant, an artefact. But they encountered trouble from Pascale's rival Follnor Callat and the bounty hunter known as The Mandalorian.

After a chase by pirates and Follnor being killed by the Mandalorian they headed to their next destination: Kuna's Tail. After assistance from someone down below the pirates were defeated and Qwi and Beaumont ventured into a mound.

There they met Jalynn Graul who had been brought there and battled the spirit of Gorog, a Sith Lord. It was there that Beaumont and Qwi confessed their love for each other.

After defeating the Sith Lord with their now strengthened bong, rescuing Graul and handing her over to the Mandalorian for safekeeping they consummate their relationship.

Deciding to help the New Republic from the shadows they embark on a mission to gather as much information as they could about the End of Time. After encountering Arb who had escaped Coruscant and with suggestions from him they moved onwards to Kef Bir, much to Qwi's chagrin as she was hoping to head back to Ast Kikorie.

They next headed to Kesh, an unknown planet in the galactic circle but their best chance for gathering information. There they encountered a signal coming from a Sith ship called the Omen which had crashed there and also a strong magnetic field which caused them to crash.

Knowing it would be unsafe to stay aboard they ventured out to try and grab parts for the ship. They encountered a medieval society which was ruled by the Sith.

They both decided it was best to head to the Omen to try and grab parts. After encountering a Sith and Qwi nearly being discovered as an alien they carried on to Keshtah the capital.

They managed to use the distraction of the Testament Day festival to enter the building and be reunited with their yacht. But after using their bond to fight a Sith warrior they were discovered and had to fight their High Lord to escape.

But another trap awaited them. After arriving at the Omen they discovered it was a Sith Academy. And Qwi and Beaumont engaged in the fight for their lives. Beaumont threw Qwi out of the wrecked yacht leaving her devastated. He however was still alive.

After being reunited and her lover being brought back from the dead after being mentally and physically tortured they discovered they had both been rescued by a descendant of a Jedi that had crashed on Kesh.

After explaining that there was indeed a galaxy out there Orielle informed Qwi of a Resistance on Kesh and that she and Beaumont would be the key to breaking the rule of the Sith. In order to reach the Resistance on Alanciar the three of them traveled to the port where Qwi and Beaumont could barter passage. Orielle created a distraction but this caused the Sith Lord Taalon to investigate the disturbance and battle Orielle.

Knowing that Orielle would sacrifice herself so they would survive, Qwi and Beaumont managed to barter passage aboard and used their bond to assist Orielle any way they could. However Taalon was powerful and managed to push back against them but thanks to a final attack by Orielle they managed to escape.

Five years passed and Qwi and Beaumont became leaders of the Resistance and eventually took Alanciar in a brutal civil war. With their Keshiri recruits they were ready to take on the Sith of Keshtah Minor.

But what they were not prepared for was an ambush. Led by Taalon the Sith mounted an ambush and it took the strength of both Beaumont and Qwi to kill Taalon and defeat the Sith.

During the battle Qwi spoke to the Sith Meditation Sphere called Ship who had come to find the Sith but was disappointed with what it had seen, even Qwi and Beaumont's bond was not enough to impress it as it was under the control.of the Orphan.

Now years later peace reigns, the Lost Tribe a shadow of its former self. Now Qwi hopes she can finally leave the hell of Kesh behind her and with Beaumont by her side return to the galaxy.

Also has access to the Hapan fleet, and Star Home

Faction: New Republic—Senate; Queen Mother of Hapes
    The Force: No
Bio: Feyna was born in Crevasse City on Alderaan in 18 BTA, and is the adopted daughter of the late Bail and Breha Organa.

Feyna has no memory of her birth parents. According to the file at the orphanage, her mother was a teacher and her father worked in construction. Her mother contracted a terminal illness late in her pregnancy with Feyna, and died a few weeks after giving birth. Feyna’s father was killed in a work site accident less than a year later. With no other family, the child was taken into the local orphanage.

As luck would have it, Bail and Breha Organa were making one of their regular tours of Crevasse City just a few months later, and the royal couple stopped at the orphanage to visit with the children there. Feyna, normally a shy child, climbed into Bail’s lap and fell asleep. They brought her home to the palace in Aldera a month later.

With role models like her adoptive parents, Padme Amidala, and Mon Mothma, Feyna grew up knowing expectations were high. Nearly two decades into the Galactic Cold War, Feyna was being groomed to replace her father in the Galactic Senate, to allow Bail more time for his covert work with the growing Rebellion against Mas Amedda’s Empire.

During Feyna’s first session as acting Senator, Mas Amedda surprised the galaxy by proposing a treaty between the Empire and Republic, to be negotiated at a peace summit on Alderaan. One hundred Imperial Senators were slated to attend, balancing out the one hundred Republic representatives, and even though many suspected the summit to be a trap, Feyna accepted Amedda’s proposal, and the Republic committed to the talks.

Unbeknownst to the Republic, and most of the Empire, Amedda had been secretly overseeing the completion of the Death Star superweapon (as well as its Separatist counterpart, the Ultimate Weapon), and the proposed summit was a lure to draw the Republic leadership and any potential Imperial allies into one place, to eliminate them. Amedda destroyed Alderaan, but not before faking his own death and setting up Imperial Senator Aryan Graul to take the fall for the atrocity. Bail, Breha, Padme, Leia Skywalker, Mon Mothma, and billions more were killed instantly.

Feyna herself barely survived the annihilation of her homeworld, having been on board the Republic flagship Home One at the moment of the attack, and only escaped death due to the intervention of Graul’s son, Arek. The only other Republic Senator to survive was Garm Bel Iblis of Corellia, who never arrived at the summit, but he was later killed when the Empire attacked Chandrila, and Feyna, by default, became acting Chancellor of the Republic.

Alderaan’s destruction shattered the tense quiet of the Cold War, and plunged the galaxy into what became known as the Galactic Civil War, as the Empire, Rebellion, and Separatists fought against each other, and their respective leaders fought amongst themselves. Feyna clashed with Anakin Skywalker and Han Solo shortly before the Battle of Mandalore, and considering that both men subsequently disappeared, the argument remained one of her greater regrets. They eventually reconciled, just before the Battle of Exegol in 14 ATA.

Against tremendous odds, the Republic won, and Feyna was soon properly elected Chancellor of the New Republic by the re-convened Senate, but with Zorn still loose somewhere in the galaxy, and with no Jedi to stand against him, Feyna feared it would only be a matter of time before the outbreak of another galactic conflict.

In the mean time, she did what she could to ensure a lasting peace, as the New Republic continued to grow and flourish through the years, and the Jedi Order slowly rose out of the ashes. Feyna served two consecutive terms as Chancellor, but in 8 ATA, she declined the nomination to a third, and spent the next few years focusing on New Alderaan, in the Ash Worlds of the Outer Rim, where other survivors from her homeworld had begun to rebuild their lives.

In 12 ATA, after being encouraged by her friends and allies in the Senate to run again, she was re-elected Chancellor, and in 13 ATA, the Senate moved back to Coruscant, which, while still under reconstruction after the Galactic Civil War, was once again fit for habitation.

In 14 ATA, wanted-war-criminal Aryan Graul resurfaced for the first time, as the new Senator of Bakura. The planet's entrance into the Republic had already been fraught with tension, and to save face, Feyna did not have Aryan arrested, though an investigation of his role in the events of the Civil War was launched.

The week that followed saw a string of crises that pushed the New Republic, and Feyna, to their limits: Grand Admiral Thrawn, long thought dead, attacked Coruscant, but later surrendered, then escaped, along with his unfinished superweapon Starkiller Base. The Yuuzhan Vong, a dangerous outsider species, were discovered in the wake of Thrawn's assault. Darth Zorn, formerly Luke Skywalker, attacked Mandalore and Kashyyyk, but his fleet of planet-killer Star Destroyers was defeated in the Battle of Exegol, which also saw the deaths of Zorn and Anakin Skywalker. Aryan, who was revealed to be Force-sensitive and had been trained by Jedi An'ya Kuro, went to the Dark Side, calling himself Skelm, and joined up with a conspiracy to return the galaxy to an Empire. A Death Star prototype was found in the Maw, and Graul's fellow conspirators nearly used it on Coruscant, but Feyna was able to destroy the station just in time. Skelm's Senate allies were on board, but Graul himself was not, and escaped to take control of the Eternal Fleet, an ancient army of intelligent droids and droid ships. As a parting shot, he attacked his homeworld, Nubia, in retaliation for the planet's support for Feyna.

To top it all off, Palpatine had returned, revealing himself as the leader of the Yuuzhan Vong in a chilling message to the galaxy, warning that he and the Vong invasion would arrive in fifteen years, on Empire Day.

Though the New Republic did not collapse entirely, by the time all was said and done, some three hundred systems had gone over to Skelm's new 'Eternal Empire,' and another two hundred proclaimed neutrality. Coruscant was decimated by the Eternal Fleet, and was abandoned by the Senate, which eventually moved to Riosa, then Hosnian Prime. Feyna had worried about being voted out of office, but instead, the Senate extended her term, and she served for six more years. The conflict cooled, and the New Republic immediately began building up its fleets. The Senate would have added to Feyna's term again, but with the galaxy in stalemate, there was little justification, and Corellian Senator Doman Beruss was elected to succeed her.

Feyna and Prince Isolder of Hapes became romantically involved in 8 ATA, and they married in 14 ATA, shortly after the Battle of Exegol. Their son Kalen was born in 17 ATA. Isolder served as Feyna's Vice-Chancellor during her final term, and when Beruss was elected in 20 ATA, the new Chancellor requested he stay on temporarily, during the transition, so the family remained on Hosnian Prime for an additional year.

In 21 ATA, as Isolder was finishing up the handover, his mother, Ta'a Chume, the Queen Mother of Hapes, passed away from a sudden stroke. Feyna, Isolder, and Kalen relocated to Hapes, and Feyna became the next Queen Mother.

In 22 ATA, Feyna and Isolder welcomed their second child, a daughter, named Rosara.

Feyna keeps an eye on the colony world of New Alderaan, and still participates in the annual Return; in the last couple of years, she has encouraged her son to come with her, but Rosara is still too young to understand. A number of Alderaanian refugees have also set up a community within the Hapes Consortium.

Feyna is among the select few who know Ben Solo's true heritage; that he is actually the son of Luke Skywalker/Darth Zorn. Isolder is also aware, but they have kept the secret from their children, though Kalen is friends with the boy.

    Name: Nola Deidder
    Photo: https://images.app.goo.gl/ciwvSGrxZaTQhjmw8
    Age: 41
Homeworld: Nubia--now lives on New Nubia (Loretto system)
Personal equipment: Datapad, comlink, small holdout blaster. Attire ranges from casual to business-appropriate, depending on the setting.
    Personal ship: None
Faction: New Republic Senate--Senator of New Nubia
    The Force: No
Bio: Nola is the youngest and only surviving child of Rolleck and Parris Trayver. Her brother and sister, Jek and Lauré, were ten and eight years older than her, respectively. Rolleck was an officer in the Imperial Navy, and he used his connections to get his two older children jobs in the Senate (Jek as a personal guard, Lauré as an aide), and during the last years of the Empire, took advantage of these positions to secretly feed information to the Rebellion.

Rolleck was horrified by the destruction of Alderaan, and resigned in protest. Jek's Senator had been among those arrested in the aftermath, so he used the opportunity and abandoned his post. It wasn't until after Aryan Graul released the Senate that they found out that Lauré and her Senator were among the few Imperials who had perished at Alderaan. Rolleck and Jek went full over to the Rebellion, both serving in the battles at Mandalore, and Korriban.

Nola, meanwhile, only twelve at the time, was stuck on Nubia with her mother, watching the war tear her family apart.

Jek died at Korriban, and Parris, blaming Rolleck, separated from her husband, initially taking Nola with her. But when Parris’s depression spiraled into alcoholism and neglect, Nola went to live with her father instead, and eventually ceased all contact with her mother.

Rolleck and Nola spent much of her teen years working with the Refugee Relief Movement, visiting other worlds affected by the war when Nola wasn’t in school.

After she’d finished her education, Rolleck got some of his old contacts to pull a few strings, landing Nola a position on Senator Norin Graul’s staff. Some looked down on her at first, critical of the fact that her father had gotten the job for her, but she quickly proved herself efficient and hard-working, with a good memory for details.

In 13 ATA, she married Delan Deidder, a guard on Graul’s security team. Her father Rolleck worked almost full-time with the Relief Movement, and he and Nola were both out of contact with Parris, neither of them even knowing where she was.

In 14 ATA, when Norin's son Aryan returned to the political scene as the new Senator of Bakura, Norin immediately began plotting against him, and anonymously put out a bounty on Aryan's head.

Norin had also been digging into theories of parallel timelines, utilizing a connection with Black Sun leader Ike to get information, and even succeeded in locating a doorway between universes on Mustafar.

Concerned about the lengths Norin might go to for revenge, Del revealed to Nola the extent of Norin's shady dealings, and the pair began to plan their escape. The Chancellor's Office had gotten wind of Norin's journey to Mustafar, and when Winter Retrac came to question him about it, they were interrupted by the arrival of Ike, and of bounty hunter Boba Fett. Fett shot Winter, though the injury was non-fatal, and when Norin shooed the others out, Nola and Del fled with Winter to the Chancellor. Norin was subsequently killed by Aryan.

Nola and Del helped Feyna in the destruction of the Death Star prototype, obtaining the detonator remote from the mysterious Black-Coat. They also faced Yuuzhan Vong assailants within the Senate Tower during the Battle of Coruscant, and were rescued with Feyna, Winter, and others by Han Solo. Nola was appointed Senator of Nubia in the wake of Norin's death.

After the Senate meeting which saw the extension of Chancellor Organa's final term, Nola and Del intended to return to Nubia, but arrived just after Skelm's forces began their attack, and barely escaped before the planet was consumed. Nola's father is presumed to have been on the planet at the time, as she was unable to find or contact him after. She remains unsure about her mother, as she'd been out of contact with her for several years prior to the disaster, but she isn't getting her hopes up.

New Nubia was established in the Loretto system, for the displaced Nubians, but it was a year before the Senate approved a relief bill. Winter came to New Nubia to deliver the news to Nola in person, and as the women talked, they began to speculate about the Black-Coat, and went together to question Gallius Rax in prison on Oovo IV. While there, they were attacked by a Yuuzhan Vong disguised as a guard, and Rax was killed.

As of 29 ATA, Nola and Del are still together, but they still do not have any children. She is still serving as Senator of New Nubia.

Bio: Sistros is an ancient entity that dates back to 36,454 BBY, a product of the Dwartii system in the Allied Region of Nouane. Renowned for its libraries and philosophers, Nouanese ministers often rose in prominence and held positions of power in the early days of the Galactic Republic.

True to form, Sistros served as one of the Four Sages of Dwartii, highly influential, but nonetheless controversial, lawgivers whose decrees often spoke of their implacable resolve. Despite their reverence, many viewed their edicts as ruthless and relentless. Sistros, in particular, fell under scrutiny for his tendency to pander to the masses to achieve selfish goals.

But what many do not know is that Sistros had a rather conventional start—like so many others before him.

Born Joren Graal in Nouane City, he originally adhered to an ancient order of Force users known as the Protectors, the spiritual predecessors of the Jedi Order. Under the tutelage of a single Master, a Black-Coat simply known as the Master of Masters, the Protectors sought a peaceful existence. It was their mandate to safeguard against the prophesied End of Time—to protect the light and prevent the darkness from entering the galaxy from a specified point called the World Between Worlds.

There were five Protectors at the beginning with Joren designated as their leader. He served gallantly in his role, though there were some among their group who believed that he had allowed his own vanity to go to his head. Nevertheless, that did not deter the Master from christening him with a new identity, almost as a rite of passage—Sistros. It was the name of his true self.

However, Sistros soon became the victim of his own machinations; paranoia and fear dominated his thoughts. As a result, he became suspicious of the Master’s motives—was he a benevolent or a malevolent force?—and that distrust trickled down through the ranks. In the end, it crippled the Protectors’ ability to function as a single unit. They were unable to uphold their pledge when the darkness finally prevailed and brought about total destruction to their world.

They had failed; Sistros had failed.

...or had the Master intended for this to happen all along? Had the Master betrayed them?

The uncertainty surrounding their fate eroded Joren’s mind. He couldn’t stop agonizing over the events that had occurred; what he had done, what he had failed to do. That ultimately led to an epiphany—everything had gone according to plan.

And yet, Sistros could not accept it.

That refusal had permeated his very soul, curdling into guilt as it carved out a hollow spot where his heart had been. This corrosion continued to expand and grow until it developed into an obsession, a frantic desire to Change the outcome and master the Epitaph. He craved safety, order, and destruction to anyone who opposed him. It was a dangerous path; a quest for power and certainty that would undoubtedly inflict great darkness on the galaxy. He would cause untold suffering...

And that’s why the Force had rejected him, demanding that he endure a painful death rather than survive to carry his teachings over to the next age. There was only darkness in the end for Sistros, and so he vanished into the ether, his passing creating a terrible wound in the Force that left an echo in its wake. This same echo would carry through the Graal bloodline for thousands of generations.

At a certain point along the timeline, a documenting error changed the spelling of ‘Graal’ to ‘Graul’, but it wasn’t until the modern era that Sistros finally resurfaced in the flesh. His soul became reborn through a child named Aryan Graul.

The boy was strong in the Force, a fact that was not lost to his father, Norin. The elder Graul had spent years researching the history of the Epitaph and the impacts it had imposed upon his legacy. It led to an obsession that often presented itself through his rigorous standards and abrasive attitude, especially when dealing with others. It was also through his shared passion for the Epitaph that he met Ike. The waifish man had preyed on Norin’s paranoia, and as a result, he came to fear his son. Not only was he concerned about Aryan’s power and the potential it wrought, but he believed that the boy would inevitably surpass him in prominence.

To prevent this from happening, Ike introduced Norin to a technique for Force sensitivity suppression. It was a repressive form of brainwashing that caused Aryan to associate Force usage with pain. It was extremely cruel and accounted for the many beatings he had endured throughout his childhood. Ike and Norin would later use a similar method to conceal Aryan’s daughter, Jalynn.

Despite the abuse and its many consequences, the technique proved successful—Aryan refrained from using the Force. It even passed out of his memory after a time, a forgotten talent that would one day reemerge in the future during a confrontation on Ach-to.

The death of his wife and son served as the catalyst for this revelation; it caused such immense pain that it awakened his latent Force abilities. This eventually led to his training as a Jedi Knight, but the corrupt nature of New Republic politics soon played into Aryan’s cunning nature. He succumbed to his ambitions and selfish passions, falling to the Dark Side to become Darth Skelm.

A trail of destruction followed in his wake, and despite ascending to sit upon the Eternal Throne to command a new Eternal Empire, he was still missing one crucial piece to embrace his true heritage as Sistros.

    Omnipotence.

Aryan achieved this goal above Nouane, the world that birthed his spiritual form. In a cruel twist of fate that fulfilled a grim prophecy—one that spoke of Joren Graal’s inherent darkness—he consumed the planet and depleted it of all sentient life. He then channeled that energy unto himself and his family to elevate them to godhood.

This act completed Aryan Graul’s transformation; he had fully embodied his true form, becoming Sistros once more.

Perched upon his Eternal Throne, Sistros now watches from afar as the galaxy prepares for war. He has taken the necessary precautions to prepare his Eternal Empire for the fight, though he is always drawn inward, to his own ruminations about the past, the future, and a myriad of other possibilities.

He is aware of the man known as Darth Trayus, his role in assisting in his own ascension, and the man’s similarities to the Master he once knew—the one who had betrayed him and precipitated the Change. Sistros naturally resents him, however, he is also curious; it would benefit him to learn more before directly confronting him.

The same could not be said for Ike. He is already certain about the man’s culpability in his family’s suffering, and he is eager to settle the score. Nevertheless, he will need to bide his time.

That extended to Palpatine and the Yuuzhan Vong as well.

It was a long waiting game, but Sistros Graal was patient; he would be ready.

Bio: Aryan was born on Nubia as the only child to Norin and Ashaiya Graul. His parents were the proprietors of a rather large mining corporation and shipping company, which included several bronzium processing plants in the capital region of Rordis. As the sole heir, Aryan would one day have a stake in the company for his namesake alone, but his dreams and aspirations remained elsewhere...among the stars.

While he abided by his father’s wishes and enrolled at the University of Coruscant after completing secondary school, he was again tempted by his passions and joined the Republic Navy to become a pilot shortly after graduation.

His military career was littered with excellence, and he eventually rose to the rank of Commander, becoming a hometown hero in the process. With each passing achievement, he became more and more convinced that a career as a fully commissioned officer was the way to go, but that all came to a crashing end when he was seriously wounded in a scuffle in the Mid Rim. His injuries were extensive enough that he ended up losing his left leg, and he was medically retired from the military at the age of 28.

Commander Aryan Graul of the Republic Starfighter Corps

During his tenure in the Navy, he met his wife, Lyzia Eross; the two were married in 20 BTA, with their only son, Arek, being born three years later. It was Lyzia who served as Aryan’s lifeline and moral support during the intervening months following his injury. As a philanthropist, she actively traveled around to various worlds stricken by the war to offer assistance and provide for those people in need. She also held rallies on notable Republic worlds to garner support for her cause. Aryan often accompanied her, and it was soon discovered that he had a real knack for interacting with the public and charming a crowd. His speeches were often engaging, and he soon gained the attention of a prominent politician working within the Imperial Senate—Garrit Pilleu, a member of the Nubian Ruling Council and aide to the current Senator of Nubia.

The bureaucrat was infatuated by the young man’s passion and took him under his wing to help him learn the ropes. With Pilleu’s help, Aryan’s influence over the people remained strong. When the time was right, it was the old man who ultimately pushed Graul to seek elected office in the Senate, where he felt he would have the most impact. Against all odds, and helped along by a sympathy vote due to his injury, Aryan won the election by a landslide and became the next Senator of Nubia in 9 BTA. He viewed the outcome as some kind of epiphany; he was their savior, and anything less than that was simply unacceptable. It was a dangerous thought that would slowly begin to consume his mind.

In fact, it wasn’t long before he became a victim of his own machinations. While he adopted a public mask that kept him quite favorable to the people—he was considered a charismatic and attractive politician—he continued to obsess over the government and his quest to obtain the kind of influence he needed to become the savior he envisioned himself to be.

Aryan spent the following 9 years building clout and networking among his peers and beyond to establish long-standing connections. He even gained several big-name proponents in the Republic Senate, which quickly pushed him into the limelight with his idea for a unified government. He had become the Senate’s newest ‘superstar,’ and he basked in the glory; he was one step closer to his goal—ultimate rule as the galaxy’s next leader.

Despite his lofty aspirations, he remained completely oblivious to the fact that his pursuit of power was slowly corrupting him and turning him into a monster. This would certainly come to the forefront in 0 BTA when Emperor Amedda unexpectantly called for peace between the Republic and Imperial factions; he wanted to put an end to the decades-long Cold War and restore the galaxy to its former glory. The Senate approved this proposal and swiftly moved forward to conduct peace talks on Alderaan.

Aryan, recognizing this moment as an opportunity to get ahead, took the initiative and led the delegation alongside Chancellor Mon Mothma, Senator Bail Organa, and Princess Feyna of Alderaan. As the chairman of the Peace Committee, it was his responsibility to organize everything from the Imperial side of the table, gaining plenty of traction in the process.

Senator Graul during an HNN newscast to discuss Emperor Amedda’s ‘declaration of peace’.

But unfortunately, it would not be a smooth transition. After a Dark Jedi resistance cell launched an attack against the peace delegation by targeting its three main theaters on Alderaan, Naboo, and Coruscant, the galaxy lost its leader when Emperor Amedda was mortally wounded. This cleared a pathway for Aryan to rise to the top. In his last moments, the dying Emperor left behind a decree that named Senator Graul as the next Galactic Emperor. He had finally achieved his goal, but it would not be a prosperous reign. In fact, despite his best efforts, it would be relatively brief.

The coming days revealed a cunning plot set in motion by Amedda himself—now very much alive and calling himself Darth Wyyrlok. He had deceived the Senate by luring them unknowingly into a trap on Alderaan through the peace talks. From here, he proceeded to demonstrate the full might of the Galactic Empire by destroying the planet with a monstrous superweapon called the Death Star, which would later have a twin nicknamed the Ultimate Weapon.

Caught in the chaos that ensued in the wake of this atrocity, Aryan became the brunt of scrutiny when Amedda set him up to take the blame for Alderaan’s destruction. Public opinion turned against him and things soon turned disastrous—Darth Ananke forced him into a detrimental partnership with her underworld associates; his son, first believed to have perished at Alderaan, became the victim of kidnappers and disappeared; his wife betrayed him and issued orders on his behalf to invade unsuspecting systems throughout the Empire, including Chandrila, Naboo, and Mandalore; the Admiralty and regional governors became divided and refused to acknowledge him; the remnants of the Republic began applying pressure to end the war.

However, things took a turn for the worst when Darth Wyyrlok addressed the galaxy via the HoloNet and openly accused Aryan of murdering his Chief of Staff. He did not attempt to deny the allegation and decided to flee into the Unknown Regions; all was lost.

It was difficult to say what had transpired after he fled, or where he had gone; Aryan refused to talk about it. When he arrived on Bakura a few days later to take refuge after being labeled a war criminal, he was a changed man in more ways than one. He had lost his wife and son at the hands of Darth Ananke, but through a series of strange circumstances, he had awakened an innate ability within himself—a latent Force sensitivity. It had always been there, suppressed and hidden after years of abuse; it had only been a matter of time before he discovered this special gift. It was a terrible form of restitution in exchange for his family, but he remained determined to make the most of his new reality. This led him to An’ya Kuro, a former Jedi Knight who agreed to take him under her wing and train him in the ways of the Force.

“Meeting you was no mere coincidence...I view it as an opportunity.”
—Aryan Graul trying to convince Master Kuro to train him

Aryan spent the next fourteen years on Bakura, studying, training, and strengthening his skills in the Force. He became quite adept with his new powers and rose to the rank of a Jedi Knight. But fate would once again come calling. When Bakura broke their traditional stance to remain independent and decided to join the fledgling New Republic, they needed a leader to represent them in the Galactic Senate. Aryan saw this as an opportunity to regain some of his former glory and immediately stepped up to the challenge.

It was a long and tiring campaign, but Aryan ultimately secured the nomination and went on to win the election. He became Bakura’s new Senator, though the decision did not come without controversy. While this would mark the first time Aryan had appeared in the public eye since the Galactic Civil War, the past was not so easily forgotten. To many throughout the galaxy, he was still a war criminal responsible for untold crimes against the Republic itself. Some even believed that Bakura’s choice to elect such a divisive figure was a political statement to express their true sentiments about joining the New Republic.

Either way, Aryan found himself fighting an uphill battle to prove himself. That did not weaken his resolve, however. He only wanted to re-establish himself on Coruscant and make amends for all of the sins he had committed. For Aryan Graul, this was a second chance.

In 12 ATA, Aryan became acquainted with a fellow Bakuran bureaucrat—Gaeriel Captison. She was a member of an influential political family and held a lot of clout in the main government circles. It was only natural that the two would become close colleagues, though no one could anticipate that things would develop beyond that. They soon entered into a formal relationship and their love for each other flourished.

Aryan Graul with Gaeriel Captison during the election-night party on Bakura

However, it wasn’t an easy journey. When their courtship became public knowledge just prior to the campaign, they fell under a lot of scrutiny and were the subject of gossip on all the major media outlets. Many criticized them for the staggering age gap between them and made judgments based on Aryan’s past indiscretions—they referred to Gaeriel as a ‘trophy girlfriend’ and questioned their motivations.

Nevertheless, they persevered and grew stronger through their efforts. In the coming year, they would solidify their love through marriage and welcome a new child into the galaxy—a boy named Arek, in honor of the son he had lost years earlier.

It was a new life, in more ways than one.

Shortly after his induction as Bakura’s Senator, Aryan succumbed to his lust for power and allowed his ambitions to once again dictate his actions. He quickly lost his way, falling to the Dark Side when he aligned himself with a mysterious Black-Coat known as Darth Trayus and his cabal of centrist politicians. Their goal was to overthrow the corruption within the New Republic and to restore the legacy of the old Empire.

To accomplish this task, the Black-Coat instructed Graul to perform a ritual that involved the blood of a powerful Force user. He was to inject himself with the concoction, which would then bond his own blood to the Eternal Fleet—an ancient armada of ships operated by sentient droids and controlled through the Eternal Throne. Not only would it grant him control of the fleet, but it would elevate him to become the Eternal Emperor, the supreme ruler of the galaxy.

After a series of defining events, which included the discovery of his long-lost daughter, the murder of his father, Norin Graul, as well as a deadly duel against his former master, An’ya Kuro, Aryan achieved success. His cruel slaughter of Master Kuro allowed him to collect her blood and utilize its unique properties to complete the ritual.

While he had attained his objective and ascended to the Eternal Throne—as Darth Skelm—he was not alone in his endeavor. Unbeknownst to Aryan, another presence had sought the power of the Eternal Fleet; a man known as Bernael had initiated the ritual at the same time as Graul, elevating them both. As a result, they each commanded a portion of the fleet. Divided equally among them, they became known as the twin Emperors, and the Eternal Empire was born.

Bernael would go on to become one of his closest allies and friends; not only did they compare on an intellectual level, complementing each other in their rule—Bernael served as the brawn and main strategist for the military, while Graul was the political force—but they also shared an intimate connection that went back centuries. They were part of an ancient prophecy, two halves of the same Epitaph that resonated within their souls. The Dwartii scholars would regard them as Sistros Nevet; two gods made flesh.

Together they forged an unbreakable bond, their power unparalleled. They quickly launched several attacks across the Core and beyond to cement their place on the galactic stage, decimating Coruscant, Naboo, and depleting Graul’s homeworld of Nubia of all of its lifeforce. Every living being on the planet perished, their energy redistributed and consumed by Bernael to augment his abilities.

Eternal Emperor Graul addresses the galaxy prior to the Battle of Nubia

Aryan would repeat this technique years later on Nouane, draining the planet of all sentient life to transform himself and his family—his daughter Jalynn, his son Arek, and his wife Gaeriel—into literal gods. The galaxy would come to know them as the Eternal Family, immortal and radiant.

Through his exaltation, Graul also adopted a new name—a new identity to fully embody the vestiges of his past, through his ancestor Joren Graal, and to embrace his divine nature as Sistros. Aryan Graul ceased to exist, and he became Sistros Graal, the Eternal Emperor; the name of his true self.

In the intervening years, the Eternal Empire, with Graal and Bernael at its helm, continued to grow and expand to earn its reputation as a formidable power across the galactic plane. Fear and brute force were the tactics used to maintain order; insolence was not tolerated. However, the threat of an extragalactic invasion by the mysterious Yuuzhan Vong—abetted by the unexpected return of the late Chancellor Palpatine—hung like a shadow over everything Graal had built. He could not afford to squander their progress.

And so, from his stronghold on Bakura—the Eternal capital—Graal dedicated time and resources to education, prevention, and reinforcement. It was a concentrated effort to bolster their strength and vitality against the alien invaders; preparation for the inevitable war looming on the horizon.

Emperor Graal wanted to ensure that the Eternal Empire emerged as the victors once the dust settled.

    Character Sheet

    Name: Renn Turon
    [IMG]
Age: 415 years awake, 4323 years in hibernation
    Born 4710 BTA
    Species: Neti
    Homeworld: Ryyk

    Physical Attributes/Appearance:

Due to being a shapeshifter Renn has no need for garments as he can alter his form to appear to wear them if he so desires. As a shapeshifter, he can appear in any form he desires but most often appears humanoid with brown skin and hair, yellow-green eyes, and a rounded hump where his nose would be.

    Clothing: None

Strengths and Abilities: Shapeshifting, long term hibernation, photosynthesis so no need to eat, extreme life span, speed, strength, can harden his bark-like skin to be able to shrug off most blaster or saber strikes.

As unusual as it is for a Neti to be drawn to the Dark Side, Renn was, from an early age. However, he did not limit himself to the study of one side or the other, but studied both, in depth. For many decades he studied the Force and every ability that was known, on Ryyk, before the planet’s death, and has continued doing so since his awakening. Being what he is, he found himself studying sorcery, in depth, as his natural strengths already seemed in line with the skills many Sith Sorcerers and Jedi Sages use. As well, with his dark sense of humor, the ability to use the Force to create different things or force changes onto items or beings, warping them as he desired was something he could not ignore.

    Weapons:

Renn can use a wide variety of weapons at the same time. Most often he tends to wield two yellow bladed lightsabers and a heavy blaster, with a fourth arm appendage to use force powers.
He also carries 2 vibroswords and several daggers sheathed in a flexible harness.

Equipment: Aside from what he has on his person, nothing.

Faction: New Republic: New Jedi Order, Jedi Council member
    The Force: Yes, Grandmaster level

    Personality:

Renn is laid back but quick to anger when startled, almost as though his fight or flight response is geared toward fight. He can be startled but will do everything he can to fight in a manner that allows him to see past the next 3 moves in each duel. He enjoys society and can be social but knows that many of his compatriots will grow old and die before he even passes out of the early stages of his life. With such knowledge he tends to be a trickster or play many practical jokes, possibly as a sort of defense mechanism against knowing most people he knows will be dead before he reaches middle age. As his kind is one of the most Force sensitive in the galaxy he feels everything that goes on around him, whether those around him desire it or not.

    Biography:

One thing that must be explained before one learns of Renn’s current life. Yes, current life as his story, or rather Nevet’s story and the Living Force’s story, goes back many more eons than this current being has lived. As discussing such could turn this bio into an epic links to the stories that cover those periods are shared here.

Once the Change occurred the Balance split, the Dark side and Chaos, as well as the darker half of Nevet’s soul stayed where it had ‘lived’ for several eons. The other half, it searched and searched for an avatar and eventually found it in Renn. However, he is only aware that he carries the Light and Order, not yet aware that Nevet’s ‘lighter’ half of his soul resides in him as well.

Renn was born on the Neti homeworld of Ryyk. There he learned how to shapeshifting into almost any form, living appearance or not. He learned combat skills from single appendage fighting up to and including balanced on between two and four leg appendages while wielding upwards of six weapons with arm appendages.

At the same time, due to the the Neti's force sensitive nature, Renn began to learn some of the arts. He found himself naturally drawn toward the dark side of the force as he was a fast learner when it came to what was called Sith alchemy. He learned much of the basics of these arts before his life took a turn he did not expect.

Around his 400th year the astronomers made calculations that determined their sun would shortly enter a supernova phase. As with the remainder of his species, he fled the planet, seeking a new home. His ship developed a malfunction while searching worlds for one appropriate to him and seed pods he could spread over said world. As a result he crash landed on the world of Anoat. This world being an almost completely inhospitable one, he entered a state of hibernation to wait for another ship to land so that he could resume his journeys.

Little did he know that it would take over 4300 years before something would occur that would wake him from his hibernation. He’d slept that long and major galactic events had not rocked him, but chaos throughout the galaxy caused his senses to begin to stir when Palpatine was assassinated. Events rose and fell, coming close to waking him several times over the next couple decades, but the galaxy quieted down for a period.

And then a Core World, Metellos, was sucked dry of life, of energy, of the Force. What happened was not specific, he did not know of the world or why it occurred but the wave of loss that burst across the galaxy was the final straw in his awakening.

The following is a spoiler for events in Twilight of the Force II

His immediate welcome was not entirely wholesome, the first ‘governor’ he met wanted to dissect him. But he managed to get away and found the Jedi. In the process he met an old friend from his youth, from when he’d still been awake, Ood Bnar. He and a Jedi Knight, Vhardia Delphinium, embarked on a mission to seek out the war criminal Han Solo for the Jedi Grandmaster with Shara Dameron.

In the process they were intercepted by the Hutts, who demanded that they embark on a mission for them before they would allow them passage. Before he would do so he demanded that they head to Coruscant to track down the head of the Black Sun, Ike, for them. Given no other choice they accepted his demands. During the initial voyage and the one to Coruscant Vhardia filled Renn in on the thousands of years of history he had missed. At the same time the two of them began to grow closer, becoming friends.

They reached Coruscant and tracked Ike into the Works where battles ensued, including an attack by Ike where Renn had to heal Vhardia. Their search for him led them to the Senate district. After speaking with Ood and explaining what he’d sensed, they set out to track down what had happened to BB-8 near the Maw.

Which led them into the conflict with his ‘Twin’, deep in the Maw, onboard the Supremacy. They had met Jedi Master Katarn and his ward Leia there, just before the battle. Renn and Bernael began a fierce fight that began to destroy the ship before his Twin unlocked the prison that was the Maw. Ood had managed to arrive by that point and attempted to end the fight, only to have his life laid low by the Anzati.

Renn, Vhardia, Shara, and Leia managed to escape, with Katarn’s aid, thinking him lost in the process. They returned to Yavin for Ood’s funeral where Vhardia was made Leia’s Jedi Master. They needed to find her a kyber crystal as well as assist Renn to become more powerful, to be able to face his Twin again so they decided to head to the ancient world of Ilum.

When they arrived they discovered it much changed and were taken into custody by who they discovered later were Thrawn’s forces. Managing to escape, it seemed, they made it to the surface of what was now Starkiller Base. As Leia and Vhardia went deeper into the complex, seeking the Kyber, Renn held off their foes, trying to convince them that they meant no harm.

After sensing the pain of the Kyber, Leia spoke to it, as it were, and the Kyber ended the potential threat of the base, for now. That they had attempted not to kill everyone there, the Empire of the Hand forces allowed them to leave with the threat that any New Republic or Jedi forces that entered their territory would be attacked on sight.

As they flew away they received a message that made them concerned. Most of the Jedi had headed to Coruscant to face a threat posed by Aryan Graul, a new Sith and a politician that was attempting to recreate the Empire. But they were drawn to Yavin once more. As they approached the planet was wreathed in Darkness and their ship was attacked, broken up as they descended. Renn took Leia as Vhardia took the second escape pod.

The pods were separated as they landed leaving Renn and Leia to first face a pack of tuk’ata. They fought the beasts back to back where Leia proved her martial skills, helping Renn to drive off the pack. In the distance they could sense a great darkness facing Vhardia. Once they had won the first battle a ship, Ship, appeared, and between them they managed to wrest who they found out was Abeloth, her control of it, from her. Ship was freed and instead of following it’s word it immediately departed.

They made their way through the newly rejuvenated Yavin forest until they reached Vhardia. Once reunited BB-8 approached with a holocall from Madelyn, who they found out was Leia’s mother. Invited to a VIP wedding, they felt they had to attend so that Leia, at least, could say her goodbye to her family. Much had been lost as they travelled, including what felt like every other Jedi. Which meant that they had to survive to be able to face their true foes, in the future.

They were able to make it to the wedding without incident and as the ceremony occurred, Renn and Vhardia planned for the future, trying to prepare for what was to come. In agreement, they decided to find a place to hide, recover, and train for that fight to come.

The following is a spoiler for events that take place between Twilight of the Force II and III

In the years that followed they had made a base on Hoth, deep in the ice. Vhardia had trained Leia, passing on all her skills as Renn assisted, trying to teach things that weren’t always in the Jedi curriculum but were needed for her to survive in the galaxy.

In those years both he and Vhardia had tried to keep their own feelings private, not acting on them. He had left on occasion to try to find other of those dim spots of Light he’d sensed before the wedding and managed to find some. But the priority was staying safe and getting Leia trained. Although both BB-8 and Leia made their feelings known.

About ten years later they were called to Tython to attend Leia’s Final Trial. But it turned out as much about them as it was for Leia. Master Corran Horn desired to know their choices for the future for both themselves and in the Order. And then mentioned that they would be members of the Council, whether they desired to do so or not.

Renn and Vhardia responded to both choices and they found the emotion in each other that they had hidden. By the time that Leia had passed her Trial and become a Knight, they chose to accept both challenges, joining the Council and making what they shared official.

Over the next half decade they fully discovered all they felt with each other, the bond they shared strengthening their power and abilities, the old adage ‘better together than apart’ and by the time that events began to heat up again they were a married couple, sharing life, their power, and their desire to protect the galaxy.

It has been 14 years since Nubia died, much has happened, are they ready to face their foes?
