I was surprised how crowded it was. I guess I was naive to think that because of how fast it sold out, it wouldn’t be so crowded. Still, i got to do the Savi’s, do some other shopping (except I never got into Dok ondar’s) and ride some rides. Plus to experience galaxy’s edge for the first time, especially at night, was awesome.

I still love Star Tours too. Finally got to ride the variation with Tatooine pod racing and then Naboo, with Yoda being the messenger about delivering the rebel spy.

Wait, what about Star Tours variations? They did more than one at a time?

On star tours every time you ride it you visit two different planets.

There’s a show on Disney plus about park attractions and in the episode on the history of Star tours, they talk about that aspect. It was added when they updated the ride after the prequels were finished.

I went to Disneyland on May 23rd and I'm going again June 1st and 3rd. June 2nd I'm going to DCA. On May 23rd, I went on Star Tours three times and visited Galaxy's Edge for the first time. I was a little shocked about how "otherworldly" the land seemed to be. I had the feeling of stepping foot onto another planet.
I had a Ronto Rooster wrap (the vegetarian one). On June 1st, I'm signed up to do Savi's Lightsaber at 12:25 p.m. , then dining reservation at Cafe Orleans (New Orleans) as I couldn't get a reservation for Oga's Cantina. And then I've got droid building reservation at Droid Depot at 9:10 p.m. I'll try walk-up to Oga's Cantina. I will also try to do Smugglers Run. I guess it's possible with the single rider line. Then, if I haven't done Rise of the Resistence I can try on June 3rd. I heard some Star Wars fans not being able to ride. I'm also a little nervous about the lightsaber building, as I'm not a manual person... as they say "I'm full of thumbs". I hope they help a little? Otherwise I'm pretty excited to do it

Hi there! Well good news I've got my lightsaber and droid that I built yesterday. It sure was alot of hard work! I found the droid to be more difficult to build than the lightsaber, but both are very good quality. I am taking R5 as a carry-on for the plane (it its carry box). I will try tonight if I can fit the blade in my checked luggage (I've got a big suitcase) and I could carry the hilt in my back pack. If it doesn't fit, I will bring it back on Friday to the First Order to be shipped. I'm not sure that they can be trusted, but they are handling the shipping. Funny how we're supposed to keep these a secret and yet they'll ship it for you. Haha
I also got lucky to go into Oga's Cantina. I didn't have a reservation, so I had to keep checking the App for walk-ups. A spot opened. I was by myself so I guess once I could be on the list with my phone it was not difficult to find me a spot. You stand at the bar anyways. I had two drinks; the Yub Nub (I had to drink like an Ewok) which was delicious, and a Jedi Mind Trick, which I found had too much alcohol. I also had the Batuu Bits, and they were delicious! So then I left my lightsaber at Droid Depot (for free) until my droid building at 9 p.m. So that allowed me to go on my dining reservation at Cafe Orleans as well as ride Star Tours twice and Hyperspace Mountain wirhout being bothered by conbersome lightsaber. So now with all these things out of the way, I hope to be able to ride Rise and Smugglers Run on Friday. I'm also tempted to buy a game of Sabbac. I still need to try a meal at Dockingbay 7. Oh I tried the Blue Milk - it was yummy! Tomorrow I will try the green milk. I also took photos of the Millennium Falcon and I was surprised how much space there is in front and around it. I think Disney outdid themselves with GE as it really feels like a different planet!

I never made it into Dok-Ondar's that night due to the line. I found out later it was because people were trying to buy that Ahsoka lightsaber set.

Honestly, they could have set up a temporary store for that in the closed Launch Bay area of Tomorrowland.

The line for Doc's was absolutely insane that night! Crazy to think people spent all night in line for those hilts and they were selling them to walk TBH I think the overall number of people in the parks was (comparatively) low, it's just that they were all crammed into Galaxy's Edge and Tomorrowland. Still the shortest lines for Rise we saw all week. And man that ride was amazing!!
