That's not very specific. This is probably not a big spoiler (what it is) but I feel like it's something someone who has seen the movie should know more about. What does it do? Where does it come from? Why does Finn say that word?

Maz sends them to find him, the only sequence she has in the movie, she and him know eachother from years back, Maz says he'll be there, so they have to go and get him.

Yeah its nothing big, just something that Finn struggles to say in the movie, Rose and DJ laugh at him for it, because he keeps tripping up over the word.

3 years before TFA, Kylo did it alone yes, he was the most powerful of all the students, and Luke only had around 20 of them.

I believe you have revealed yourself. My impression was that JB was struggling with the word (this is from an interview in which he was talking about it that I should probably try to find), and I believe he said that it would probably end up in the deleted scenes. That implies that Finn does NOT struggle with the word in the movie.

Also, I recently stumbled upon something about the destruction of Luke's Jedi in a video which contradicts what you said!
