Assuming COVID is under control come 2022. What will happen to the Star Wars Lands in Disney parks due to the current success of Mandalorian and presumably its spin-offs?

Will Mandalorian characters in beskar armor greet guests?

will they add a Slave -1 or Razer Crest ride?

Will they phase out ST characters, to see Ahsoka Tano hug and take pics with little children?

    Grogu animatronics on every corner?

Surely they will. Can you think of a reason why this wouldn't happen?

Just that their Resistance Ride and Millennium Falcon ride is locked in place.

Yes, but (I went in August) the park is evolving sort of a mix of Star Wars eras any how. Rise of the Resistance is likely not able to be converted easily to fit other eras, but Millenium Falcon surely is.

I think the whole approach that everything is canon and takes place in one time period will be loosened. The land itself is largely unchanged in canon anyways no matter the era, with the only things really "dating" it being the Millennium Falcon and First Order Shuttle. The rides are indoors and can be hand waved as being the only non canon parts in terms of time period respective to the outside, should they ever choose to make the outside post-ROTJ with Mando, Ahsoka, Grogu etc roaming around.

It also looks like future films will take place outside the canon of the land with Rogue Squadron being post TROS and Taika Waititi's film heavily rumored to be thousands of years in the past.

I think the decision to make the land squarely in the year between TLJ and TROS is going to bite them. It's extremely limiting creatively. Eventually, having Kylo and Rey walking around is going to be a bit old, when guests are going to be wanting to meet a Mando, Grogu, Boba, Ahsoka, Luke, Fennic, etc.

I think going forward, the best choice would be to alternate. Make some parts of the day/week set in the ST, with Kylo, Rey, Chewie, First Order Stormtroopers, etc walking around.

Then other days it is set in the Mando era, with Din Djarin and Grogu meet and greets, remnant Stormtroopers walking around, Boba and Fennic, and possibly even Luke in his Mando garb.

Sure it wont be perfect with First Order ships and insignias still lying around, but I think most people will not care. Besides some fun could be had with it in terms of character interactions (ie an Imperial remnant officer wondering what model ship is that TIE, or Luke wondering what those First Order symbols mean, etc).

    Edit:

Haven't been since last year, what kind of changes have they made to blend the eras?

Absolutely need a Mando walking around with an animatronic Grogu. Stopping for little kids to pay and say hi to.

And an hourly Frog Lady show
    "Doin' The Frog Lady Hop"
"Come on kids! Hop hop hop!"

We already got TV characters at the park. Hondo is a huge part of one of the rides

This isn't exactly a TV subject. There's a couple places in other subforums to discuss Disney parks and Galaxy's edge.
