I don't think he is being stonewalled. It is either very good or very bad. Doing it from the legality standpoint of being sued makes little sense. Not with it being a LLC.

Certainly I think very few people are arguing that PW didn't have the right to require that info. His handling of the process to retrieve that info on the other hand...
