Subtitles for "From Star Wars to Jedi"

Hello Jedi Council !

It is nice to see that there are so many of You here who
are interested in SW world as myself.
To tell You the truth I became a big fan of this amazing sci-fi space
opera since I watched it for the first time at the age of 6. And I loved it! Recently I
decided to translate some very rare old video - a documentary - and I
was hoping to find some help from You, guys. To be more specific, I've
found a video called "From Star Wars to Jedi - The making of the Saga"
(This is version from 1983, counting exacly 01h.04m.41s.) and want to translate it
into the english first and polish next, as I'm from Poland And
because I try to translate everything what I can hear from the film
(I didn't found any subs for this documentary - including english)
the whole process makes it even more difficult. I'd be very grateful if
You guys could help me with it.

There are severals places in doc., that the words are very hard to
make out. Here is a time sequence where text is particularly difficult to
understand (and please, bear in mind I'm just an amateur with no
experience in such work):

1. Man hoarded wisdom ?? = wisdom that is hoarded/attained/stored/kept by man.
2. For all the ones you marked "all or all of this I don't understand", you need to be more specific.
4."My feet work the fellows" ?? With fellows - mean buddies ? Yes, fellows and buddies are synonyms.
5. What means to "shift the dail"? Or someting like it ? First, "dail" is the lower house of the parliament of the Irish Republic. I find it very unlikely that this is the word you heard. It could have been "dial" - a round knob that turns. Second, can you explain the context of this ?

These means that my ears work as they should I don't found word "hoarded" in any of my dictionaries.

Hmm, more specific? I can note what I can hear, but I might miss something, cause I'm not an englishman/american. This way I can misunderstood original fraze and break up something.
I posted times, that should help you find precise moments. What else can I do to be more accurate ?

Hmm, I'm not sure about this. This sentence is saying sound designer, when he talk to Williams. It's important here to listen entire conversation.
I will only TRY to put down what he says before that :

 

Are you sure shift the dail isn't shift the DIAL? Then it makes sense, as sound designers adjust sound me shifting the dial to make stuff louder or quiter.

 

I was thinking "dial", like "dialling code/dial code" ,but You're right! Thanks !
