why do you call her Sumo? Is she a large lady? Does she have a huge (_!_) and a pony tail that is tied back to tightly streching her big round face?

Er, cuz she's scary, she's built like a brick outhouse, she's got a very long thin straggly greased back, black pony tail...and she wears a huge nappy and nothing else

 

but is her face big and round? So much so, it looks like a moon unless she smiles. And even then, you can only just see a faint outline of her cheekbones? Is it bigger than her (_!_) ? Or is that so wide, that nothing can be bigger?
