Sunrise vs. sunset: which do you appreciate more?

Sunset, definitely.

*Especially so in winter.

 

Both equally because they are both beautiful to look at.

 

Sunset. I'm never awake in the morning.

 

Sunrises. They're the perfect companion to help you go to sleep

 

Sunset. Sunrise is too early.

 

Everyone is picking backwards. I appreciate Sunrise more because I hardly ever see it.

When you're on a canoe trip, you see both (sleeping on the ground with lots of rocks and roots wakes you up nice and early). I love them both, though I do adore the mist effect you get on lakes with sunrises.

 

I've always enjoyed sunsets the most.

 

I enjoy both, but the gloaming is the best time of the day.

Both equally. I can't count how many times my breath has been taken away when I flick my eyes to my rear view mirror on the way to school. Of course, I always forget to look until the radio announcer gets on and yells at everybody to run outside and look at the sunrise.

Living on the side of a huge hill that looks towards the mountains always lends to some gorgeous sunsets, as well.

 

I'm awake for more sunsets so I'd have to pick that one.

Sunrises are breathtaking, though.

Because it's saying good-buy to the day and welcoming the night.
I'm a night person.

 

I'm going to go against the grain and say sunrise. I'm not a morning person, but on the nights where I stay up all night and am outside to see the sunrise, it's a beautiful sight. Sunset I see all of the time, so it doesn't have as much effect on me.

 

I like sunsets much more. I think its in part that I like how things slowly fade into the reds. Its just a more natural shift.

Sunset. I'm too tired in the morning to appreciate the sunrise.

 

Sunset. Sunlight peeking through the window in the morning is hell for my eyes.

sunset is a more beautiful thing to watch, but sunrise has a more powerful imagery behind it ... the promise of a new day, a new hope, and another chance, so I went with sunrise.
