Welcome to my ongoing challenge, hopefully an answer to writer's block and also a source of fun writing projects, from one-shots to WIPs.

During the most recent Mods Time challenge, we got treated to the most unusual blends of prompts, and I thought why not do something similar but without a deadline? The prompts will be flexible too, to fandoms and interpretations.

Participants pick a number from 1-15 in this thread.

I'll then supply the corresponding duo.

Rules

* SW and/or NSW fics are fine for these.

* The duo will consist of a word or phrase relating to an object or a situation, which the author can use literally, symbolically, or in a sci-fi tweak. (See examples)

* I will post the corresponding duo and, once used in a story, please post the story link in this thread, for the index of stories

* Once you've used the number you originally received, you can ask for another one, if unassigned

* After all duos have been used, authors are free to pick amongst the entire list for their stories to help with writer's block

* The TOS applies.
