A lot of people are upset over this. Frankly I think it's fine. After the pandemic companies are learning that they can do things differently. It certainly would be less stressful running these types of events in house, rather than at the chaotic convention center. SDCC has bloated to a point where I certainly wouldn't attend anymore.

These are crappy phone photos - but here's my Sideshow Animated Yoda! Ahsoka should be shipping sometime this month also.

The figure is great. The stand doesn't work for me. It's got this pin you're supposed to plug into a hole in his back, I couldn't find the hole and didn't want to completely scratch up his back looking for it. So he's w/o a stand. Luckily he does stand on his own.

I'm pretty sure this is to combat these non-LFL approved figures that are flooding the market. I had bought a head that's been out there that looks like Anakin w/ hair, but the hair color is all wrong, it's super light blond. This actually looks better than that head, but it's still nowhere as amazing at the Hot Toys version.

OMG the whining from the dudes online on Anakin having rooted hair is ridiculous. "I don't like rooted hair, it looks like Barbie!" "I don't have time to blow out his hair once I take it out of box."

LOL. Hey morons there's still the Clone Wars version of him up on Sideshow you can purchase w/ sculpted hair. It's not Hot Toys fault that you passed on the sculpted hair ROTS version of him a few years ago.
