Then can @KenKenobi tag some potential GMs/judges (or have a MOD at least make this into a new thread on the SWC/EUC)? Maybe that will get more people to sign up for the draft so we can eventually get it started

I agree we should brainstorm some ways to get some more participants. Judge-wise there's me/Inty and I could see roping Pointy in there (if he doesn't want to GM @Point Given). But would like to see this be a full 8-12 vs. a mini-draft.

Moving it to the EUC could be fun-- I love the SWC, but seems like more active fan club things there that might be more in the line with the draft vs. all the simple quote games and such here now.

And maybe we advertise in the TV threads? We'd need mod approval to post something there. Or the Welcome New Users forum for the freshest of fresh blood? May be easier to make a full thread promoting it there, even though one of the mods still hates me for lying about my age when I was like 15 lol

I can definitely advertise it in my ongoing character contest in the Saga forums (which you should all come and vote on too!) Was that just an advertisement in an advertisement?

There could be a few users there that would want to participate in this draft.

I’ve dropped an advert in the saga forums. That might bring a few players over. But I definitely think if a thread is started, more players will sign up pretty quickly.

Even in the best, most active of my time spent hereabouts, I've been horribly inconsistent when it comes to GMing, and don't really have the requisite qualifications to judge. Thank you for the tag though, I'm touched that you thought of me! I'd love a tag when a new draft does start, I love spectating so glad I checked in and saw this, have I missed any legendary draft moments?

 

Hey guys. Hope all is well and I'm hoping to be around more. I don\t think I'd be any good in this draft though. I know it's supposed to be for fun, but I don't want to get humiliated either.
