I’ll keep an eye out, but unless we’re really strapped for people I dunno if I’d do an SFD. Not as familiar with those.

I mean, it’s not like the odds are in my favor for pulling off another Freshman Semi-Final Run :V

 

Have we ever considered adding a strategy element to the SFD? Not quite like prep time in the Comic Book / Jedi / Muggle draft, but maybe something like one pilot can have a designated astromech (or similar) droid per round? You wouldn't necessarily need to specifically draft an astromech, just when submitting numbers say you're going to use one. Might be a bit of an edge for some pilots, add a fresh bit of arguing, etc.

 

@DarthIntegral sounds like an interesting idea. Also, I assume all starfighters are equalized so it goes on pure skill and ability rather than on who has the best starfighter.

So, I agree that we should hold off on the next Jedi or Starfighter Draft until after ROS.

I would be on board with a "Hall of Fame" draft where we take historical champion squads, everyone who plays claims one and we play through. Should be quick and really, really fun. Plus, you get the possibility of trying to argue Darth Vader versus Darth Vader, which sounds amazingly fun to me. We can do this both on the Jedi Draft and the Starfighter Draft as a good way to fill the time until after ROS.

 

For team sizes, adjust down to smallest I assume? ie the pilots in excess of 6 (I think that's the smallest team size) form your bench that you can choose to swap in to your 6
